Part 1: Prerequisites for changing other people’s opinions

1. Treat people wrongly

1. No one likes to be changed

If I were asked to teach only one sentence about how to change and persuade others, I would say this: No one likes to be changed. This is the first and most important lesson when teaching persuasion. Many people think that I need to learn communication and persuasion because it is like magic. After learning a certain way of speaking, the other party will say that everything you say is right. That is impossible. In fact, anyone who wants to change others must first learn this: no one likes to be changed.

To everyone, I was convinced, which meant I was defeated. In everyone's mind, the opinions, concepts or positions of gay friends are the result of countless preferences and choices in past life experiences. If you change that about me, I see my person as being challenged.

What we need to pay attention to is Zhu Yingtai’s trap. For example, if Zhu Yingtai’s mother persuades Zhu Yingtai to marry Ma Wencai, Zhu Yingtai will definitely object. Because there will definitely be objections in people’s hearts.

A better way is to use option sentences:

1) You should/I need

2) Why don’t you? /Why do you want to

2. No one likes to be ignorant

3. Everyone wants a way out

You know that to convince a person, other than letting him There is a choice. In addition to letting him know the complete facts, one saying I have come across is that you can regret it at any time. This is the most convincing sentence in the world.

Regarding the third point, a similar thing happened some time ago.

There is a company that is recruiting department managers, and the salary is very high. The HR manager of this company is my former friend, and I haven’t contacted him for a long time.

I asked her that your company is recruiting department managers, could you help recommend them? She was more hesitant.

Then I continued: "It's okay if you don't recommend me for the benefit of the company. I'm afraid it will be difficult for you." Then she promised me to help recommend it to the company CEO directly.

It was this statement that made her let down her guard and help me get an interview opportunity. During the conversation, I also learned that a headhunter recommended me to her company before, but I was not selected. But this time I communicated with her, and I got another chance to apply for a job or interview.
