Do American job fairs discriminate against short people?

You can't. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), employers cannot refuse to hire or discriminate against job seekers because of their physical disabilities. If short stature is caused by physical disability, it will be considered illegal to discriminate against short stature in American job fairs. In addition, some States and cities in the United States will also enact their own anti-discrimination laws, taking height as one of the protected categories.
