After the written test, according to the candidates' written test scores from high to low, according to the proportion of interviewers specified in the recruitment position, the candidates who entered the interview scope were determined in turn. If the number of written examinations for individual positions does not reach the specified proportion, the interview candidates can be determined according to the ratio of 1: 2; If the ratio of 1: 2 is not met, the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled. (2) Interview

The unified physical examination is closed in general hospitals above the municipal level according to the physical examination standards of the Regulations on Teacher Qualification implemented in Shandong Province.
The assessment content is the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the personnel to be hired. Jigang High School has set up an assessment working group, which is specifically responsible for the assessment work, and each group consists of more than 2 staff members. The evaluation team shall seek truth from facts, comprehensively, objectively and fairly evaluate the evaluated object, and write a written evaluation opinion.
With the consent of the municipal education and personnel department, vacancies caused by examination, waiver of physical examination and unqualified persons can be filled in equal amounts from other personnel who entered the interview scope of the same position according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

For the personnel to be employed, after 7 days of publicity without objection, Jigang Senior Middle School put forward employment opinions, and filled in the Registration Form for Employed Persons in Institutions and the Summary Form for Employed Persons in Institutions, which were reviewed by the Municipal Education Bureau and reported to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for review and filing. After the examination and approval, the Municipal Personnel Bureau will issue the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions, and handle the relevant procedures such as transfer with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions. Vacancies caused by the cancellation of employment qualifications due to personal reasons can be filled in equal amounts from other personnel who entered the interview scope of the same position according to the total test scores from high to low with the consent of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Personnel Bureau.

Employed personnel shall implement probation system according to regulations, and they will be formally employed after the expiration of the examination period.
