2. Registration method
This time, the information of registered candidates is collected by reading cards (candidates should bring their own 2B pencils) and taking electronic photos on the spot. 3. Registration related matters
(1) Documents required by the applicant:
A. For previous graduates, provide the original and photocopy of ID card and diploma;
B, apply for primary and secondary school teachers, in addition to normal graduates, other candidates need to provide the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding position when registering (the teacher qualification certificate of the high school section can apply for the teacher position of the corresponding major in the low school section. Fresh graduates, like other candidates, must provide teacher qualification certificates when registering (hiring).
(2) Candidates are required to fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Recruiting Staff of Public Institutions in Tongling City in 2007, and submit 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos. Each person is limited to one post, and the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job recruitment plans is generally not less than 4: 1, before the examination can be held. (4) Qualification examination methods

(1) Written test subjects and contents
1, the examination subjects of primary and secondary school teachers are divided into written test and interview, accounting for 50% of the total score respectively. The written test subjects are general knowledge of the education industry, and the test contents are education laws and regulations, theories and policies related to basic curriculum reform, pedagogy, psychology, etc.
2. The recruitment forms of institutions of the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau are divided into skill operation and interview defense. Skill operation mainly examines the applicant's computer-related knowledge and practical application ability, and interview defense mainly tests his basic quality and computer professional level. The investigation covers computer software and hardware, network technology, website management, large and medium-sized databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, and programming languages such as VC, Delphi, Power Builder and ASP. Skill operation and interview defense account for 60% and 40% of the total score respectively.

(2) Time and place of written examination
1. The written examination time for recruitment positions in suburbs is 9: 00 am-10: 30 am on August 3, 2007.

(3) Interview
According to the professional characteristics of the recruitment position, the interview mainly examines the professional ability and practical ability of the applicant. According to the number of job recruitment plans, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score in the ratio of 3: 1 among the written test (skill operation) personnel. The interview takes the form of trial teaching (structured).

Physical examination is conducted in hospitals at or above the county level. Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the total score. There is only one second interview, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the conclusion of the second interview. Those who fail the physical examination will not enter the examination stage.
