Recruitment of foreigners in Latin America

The employer will think that since this woman is 30 years old, if she is recruited, it should also take into account that women will face marriage leave and maternity leave.

Or some women quit their jobs when they are pregnant, which is also good. The employer only needs to recruit more people.

It will be more troublesome if women take maternity leave. During the six months of maternity leave, women's work may be assigned to other employees, which undoubtedly increases the workload of others.

If you re-recruit a person, after returning from maternity leave, the woman will definitely not be able to do her original job because someone has already replaced her. Then, there are no vacancies in other positions in the company, and women may face the risk of unemployment.

Gender discrimination occurs not only in the workplace, but also in life. Women give everything for a family, but they get hurt.

At work, I know that my job is not less than that of men, even more than that of men, but my salary is less than that of men.

Why is this happening? Not sexism in the workplace. The boss thinks that women are inferior to men, and men have advantages in both physical fitness and other aspects.

Actually, it is not. Men can, so can women. Therefore, there should be no gender discrimination in workplace recruitment.
