2015 Teacher Recruitment Announcement in Long'an District, Anyang City, Henan Province

In order to further optimize the structure of the teaching team, improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the healthy development of education, according to the requirements of Anzhengban [2006] No. 49 and Anrenshe [2011] No. 112, with the consent of the district government , decided to openly recruit teachers for Anyang Zhoujin Middle School, and specially formulated this brochure.

1. Recruitment plan and description

The plan is to openly recruit 20 teachers for Anyang Zhoujin Middle School. Anyang Zhoujin Middle School is a full-time boarding private junior high school. In order to support the development of Anyang Zhoujin Middle School, the Long'an District Government of Anyang City has entrusted the Anyang Education Bureau to recruit teachers for Zhoujin Middle School. The recruitment will be held at the same time as the recruitment of teachers in schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau, and unified written examinations and interviews will be conducted. The 20 teachers recruited will become public teachers in Long'an District's public institutions, but they will all teach in Zhoujin Middle School, and their salaries will be higher than those for public teachers with the same conditions. (4) Interview

Based on the written test scores of the candidates applying for the same position from high to low, the interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3. Those who are absent from the written test, cheat or score 0 points in the written test will not be allowed to enter the interview. If the last applicant within the ratio has a tie in written test scores, he or she will be determined to be included in the interview scope at the same time.

On-site qualification verification will be conducted before the interview. The specific time and location will be announced on the registration website.

Applicants who enter the interview must bring two copies of the "2015 Anyang City Long'an District Open Recruitment Teacher Registration Form" downloaded and printed from the registration website, admission ticket, valid ID card, graduation certificate, and degree Certificate, employment agreement in triplicate (employment registration certificate) or non-employment certificate issued by the archives management department, originals and copies of English, Mandarin and other certificates of corresponding majors;

(5) Physical examination and assessment

The physical examination is organized and implemented in accordance with the Henan Provincial Teacher Qualification Management Office's Notice on the "Physical Examination Standards for Henan Provincial Teacher Qualification Applicants (Revised and Trial in 2010)" (Yu Education Resources Office [2010] No. 8). The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicants themselves.

The physical examination is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit under the supervision and guidance of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

The assessment shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit and the competent department in accordance with relevant regulations.

Those who fail to pass the physical examination and assessment will be disqualified from employment and will be replaced in sequence.

(6) Publicizing the recruitment results

The candidates to be hired will be determined based on the total test scores, physical examination, and assessment results, and will be published on the Anyang Education Information Network and Longan Education Network. The publicity time shall be no less than 7 working days.

(7) Recruitment procedures

After the announcement is completed and there is no objection, the employer shall fill in the "Approval Form for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" and submit it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.

The person to be hired signs an "Employment Contract" with the employer.

All employed personnel shall participate in pre-job training.

The probation period for employed personnel is one year, and the probation period is included in the term of the employment contract. Those who are qualified at the end of the probation period will be formally employed; those who are unqualified and those who fail to obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate during the probation period will not be employed.

4. Discipline and Supervision
