The resettlement house is located in Taihu Town, Tongzhou District.

Dongfang Petrochemical Taihu Lake reaches Tongma Road in the east, Jiachuang No.2 Road in the south, Kouxiao Road in the west and Xingguang No.3 Street in the north. The total construction area of the project is about 488,000 square meters, including 27 residential buildings, 4 office buildings, 1 kindergartens and commercial facilities.

The construction of Taihu Resettlement House Project of Dongfang Petrochemical Company aims to solve the housing problem of employees of Dongfang Petrochemical Company, and also provides more housing options for Taihu area.
