In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates in our region and further promote the professionalization and specialization of community workers in our region, according to the spirit of the document "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Talent Team of Community Social Work" (No.96 [2009] of Guo Ban Fa), combined with the actual situation in our region, it is decided to openly recruit community workers for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment quota
Open recruitment of 60 community workers, the specific position is full-time staff of community service stations.
Second, the job description
Community service station is a public service platform built by the government at the community level. It works under the leadership of sub-district offices and the business guidance of government functional departments, and accepts the leadership of community party organizations and the supervision of community neighborhood committees. The main responsibilities are:
1. Acting as the government's public service in the community. Mainly to assist government functional departments to handle various public services in this community, extend government public services to the community, and realize the transfer of government functions.
2. Organize community public services. Mainly to assist community neighborhood committees to handle public affairs and public welfare undertakings of residents in this community. Source: University Talent Network
3. Organize community service to facilitate the people and benefit the people. It is mainly to make full use of community resources, mobilize social forces and provide services to facilitate residents' lives.
4. Cultivate and strengthen community public service organizations, and support and guide community social organizations to play an active role.
5. Keep abreast of social conditions and public opinion. Through various channels, timely understand and reflect the opinions and suggestions of community residents, and strive to solve existing problems; Actively support and cooperate with community neighborhood committees to carry out community residents' autonomy, carry out people's mediation, provide legal services, and maintain community harmony and stability.
6, regularly report to the neighborhood offices, community party organizations, to inform the community neighborhood committee, accept the supervision and evaluation of the community neighborhood committee and residents.
Third, the recruitment conditions
1, exemplary compliance with national laws and regulations, high political quality and strong sense of responsibility.
2. Love community work, have certain organization and coordination ability and relevant business knowledge, and be proficient in computer operation.
3, have both ability and political integrity, physical and mental health, physical conditions in line with the national Ministry of personnel, the Ministry of health, "the general standard of civil service recruitment physical examination (Trial)" provisions of the qualified conditions.

Fourth, recruitment methods
(1) Registration shall be conducted by on-site registration. Candidates hold their ID card, household registration book, academic certificate, employment letter of college graduates and two 1 inch bareheaded photos to the district talent service center (50 meters north of weiyang district Municipal Government,No. 1 west of Longshou North Road) for qualification examination and registration. The registration period is from June 30th, 2009 to1October 20th. Candidates who passed the qualification examination received the admission ticket at the registration site on February 8, 2009.
(2) The written test time is 9: 00 am-11:00 on February/Sunday, 2009. The contents of the written test are public management, legal basis, basic knowledge of social construction, the situation in weiyang district and the basic knowledge that community workers should have.
(3) Qualification review and written interview personnel shall determine the list of interview finalists from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1.5, conduct qualification review on the finalists before the interview, and cancel the interview qualification for those who practice fraud and do not meet the conditions for entering the examination.
The interview was conducted in a structured way and organized by the District Personnel Bureau. The specific time of the interview will be announced separately. The interviewer's written test and interview results are converted and summarized according to the ratio of 4: 6, and then the comprehensive test results are calculated. According to the comprehensive test scores from high to low, 60 contestants were determined. (4) The personnel participating in the medical examination shall be organized by the District Personnel Bureau for centralized medical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the applicants themselves. The physical examination results should meet the qualified conditions stipulated in the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from recruitment. Those who do not attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up their qualifications.
(five) the recruitment of qualified personnel shall be publicized for not less than 5 days at the registration place, and the recruitment procedures shall be handled by the District Personnel Bureau.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) management and treatment of recruiters
Recruiters implement the talent dispatch mechanism, and their files and personnel relations are entrusted to the district talent service center. Sub-district offices will sign service agreements with qualified recruiters. The initial employment period is two years (probation period is three months), and it will be renewed according to the work needs after the expiration of two years. Recruiters are included in the category management of community workers during their work, and the treatment is implemented with reference to the standards for public welfare posts in our region.
After being hired, they can also be recommended as candidates for community party organizations and community neighborhood committees according to the needs of their work, combined with organizational inspections and their own wishes. Elected or appointed as a full-time member of the community party organization in accordance with the China party constitution and the Provisional Regulations on the Election of Grass-roots Organizations of the China Producer Party, or elected as a full-time member of the community neighborhood committee in accordance with the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Residents Committee and relevant regulations.
