Second, the famous brand effect. There are preference theory in economics and halo effect theory in organizational behavior. In highly subjective interviews, examiners are more easily influenced by it.
Third, work experience. Most fresh graduates will encounter the question "Do you feel that you lack work experience" when passing on their Excellence to the company, so everyone has to say shyly, "I do lack work experience, but I believe I have the ability to make up for it". At this time, even if you are a student of a famous university, you will obviously feel your disadvantage. Whenever this happens, I always wonder why work experience is so important. They are as capable as I am, but later practical experience tells me that experience is really crucial. It not only means mastering and applying knowledge, but also marks a person's growth mileage and psychological maturity.
Fourth, stability. From the point of work experience, fresh graduates are not dominant, but from the point of stability, as a graduate, you have an advantage over the person who jumped several units. At this time, what you want to show is your advantages, and you are willing to work stably for several years or even longer. In this way, those jobs that require high stability are likely to fall into your hands.
As a recruiter, what do you think:
First, your manners, appearance and manners. If you answer clearly and stand well, you will leave a good impression on the examiner.
Second, your pronunciation and intonation. Don't be nervous during the interview, try to show your charm. But students with poor psychological quality don't have to worry too much, because the examiner can identify your nervousness in time and take certain measures to alleviate or transfer it.

Don't care too much about salary, sometimes this mentality will make you lose many opportunities. People who care too much about wages will make the examiner feel that he is a bit too utilitarian, just like people who buy food in the vegetable market have too high wages, which makes people feel unstable. There are still many such lessons. You think you have a high salary, but only when you go can you find that you have no benefits and can't learn anything.
