Step 3 register for the first time

Nurses registered for the first time shall apply for registration within 3 years from the date of passing the nurse qualification examination.

Materials required for the first registered nurse's practice license:

3. Graduation certificate (copy of the original)

4, ID card (check the original copy, the reverse copy on the same piece of paper)

5. Certificate of the proposed employment of the medical institution (the starting and ending time of the contract shall be indicated when signing the contract, and the registered nurse shall not change out of the province during the contract period).

6. A copy of the Medical Institution's Practice License (stamped with the official seal of the unit)

7, 8 months or more nursing clinical practice certificate (internship report or internship certificate issued by the internship hospital)

8, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government designated by the health administrative department of dimethyl and above medical institutions issued by the applicant within 6 months of physical examination certificate;

9. Four recent one-inch bareheaded full-body color photos (the same as the basic version, including 1 registration form and two physical examination forms).

Submit the above materials to the hospital, and the hospital will register with the Health Bureau, or bring the above materials to the Health Bureau to register the nurse's practice certificate.

After successful registration, the Health Bureau will issue a nurse's practice certificate (the registration time varies from place to place, usually 2 months to half a year).

Practice registration is valid for 5 years. 4. Continuation of Practice Certificate

Nurses who need to continue practicing after the expiration of the validity period shall apply to the original registration department for renewal of registration 30 days before the expiration of the validity period.

Medical and health institutions can collectively apply for nurse practice registration and renewal registration for the nurses they employ.

3, interruption of nursing practice for more than 3 years.
