What is the practice certificate?

Practice certificate: after passing the nurse qualification examination, bring the qualification certificate, qualification certificate, graduation certificate and other materials, which will be reported to the health bureau by the unit, then distributed to the hospital and finally distributed to individuals.

The registration time of nurse license varies from region to region.

Some areas register once every quarter; Some areas register once every six months, and * * * twice a year; Some health bureaus can register all year round.

Therefore, the specific registration time needs to consult the local health bureau or hospital.

Simply put, as long as you pass the nurse qualification examination, you will have a qualification certificate, but the nurse practice certificate needs to be registered. 2

Nurse qualification certificate is professional title certificate, including nurse, junior nurse, head nurse, deputy director nurse and head nurse.

The professional title certificate can only evaluate the professional title and ability related to nursing, but it does not mean that you can go to work.

A nurse's practice license is a practice license, which is very important for nurses! You can't be called a formal nurse without a practicing license!

If you don't work as a nurse after graduation, you need to register a nurse's license, otherwise you can't work as a nurse in a regular hospital in the future.

Step 3 register for the first time

Nurses registered for the first time shall apply for registration within 3 years from the date of passing the nurse qualification examination.

Materials required for the first registered nurse's practice license:

1, Review Form for Nurse Practice Registration Application

2, the results of qualified certificate (copy, the original inspection)

3. Graduation certificate (copy of the original)

4, ID card (check the original copy, the reverse copy on the same piece of paper)

5. Certificate of the proposed employment of the medical institution (the starting and ending time of the contract shall be indicated when signing the contract, and the registered nurse shall not change out of the province during the contract period).

6. A copy of the Medical Institution's Practice License (stamped with the official seal of the unit)

7, 8 months or more nursing clinical practice certificate (internship report or internship certificate issued by the internship hospital)

8, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government designated by the health administrative department of dimethyl and above medical institutions issued by the applicant within 6 months of physical examination certificate;

9. Four recent one-inch bareheaded full-body color photos (the same as the basic version, including 1 registration form and two physical examination forms).

Submit the above materials to the hospital, and the hospital will register with the Health Bureau, or bring the above materials to the Health Bureau to register the nurse's practice certificate.

After successful registration, the Health Bureau will issue a nurse's practice certificate (the registration time varies from place to place, usually 2 months to half a year).

Practice registration is valid for 5 years. 4. Continuation of Practice Certificate

Nurses who need to continue practicing after the expiration of the validity period shall apply to the original registration department for renewal of registration 30 days before the expiration of the validity period.

Medical and health institutions can collectively apply for nurse practice registration and renewal registration for the nurses they employ.

5. Re-apply for a practice license

When practicing in a medical and health institution, one of the following circumstances shall apply for registration again:

1. The registration period has not been extended upon expiration;

2, by the revocation of the "nurse's practice certificate" punishment, 2 years from the date of revocation.

3, interruption of nursing practice for more than 3 years.

In addition to the required materials, it shall also submit the certificate that it has received clinical nursing training for three months and passed the examination in the teaching and general hospitals designated by the health administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
