2013 Zhejiang Normal University Affiliated Kindergarten Recruitment Notice for Preschool Teachers

According to the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province", Zhejiang Normal University has decided to openly recruit personnel from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Introduction to the unit

Zhejiang Normal University is a university directly under the Zhejiang Province and a second-class public welfare institution. The budget is in the form of appropriate financial subsidies. The school headquarters is located in Jinhua City. It now has the First Kindergarten (Kindergarten Affiliated to Hangzhou Preschool Teachers College of Zhejiang Normal University), the Second Kindergarten, International Department, Rainbow City Kindergarten, Binwenyuan Kindergarten, Zhejiang Normal University Kindergarten (Jinhua), Galaxy Kindergarten, and Damuwan Kindergarten (Ningbo Xiangshan ) and many other gardens.

2. Recruitment positions and conditions

This time, we are recruiting 8 people for 3 positions, all of which are professional and technical positions.

The specific recruitment positions, number of people and recruitment conditions are as follows:

(1) Preschool teacher position 1, 6 people. Position location: Hangzhou

Recruitment conditions are: Zhejiang Province household registration; 35 years old and below (born after April 24, 1977), the age can be appropriately relaxed for those with senior professional and technical titles in early childhood education; college degree or above, Majoring in preschool education; possessing kindergarten teacher qualifications, professional title of first grade or above in preschool education, second grade B or above in Mandarin, and qualified application ability of modern educational technology. Applicants with domestic and foreign kindergarten work experience and significant performance will be given priority, and those with a doctorate (EdD) or master's degree (EdM) in preschool education will be given priority.

(2) Preschool teacher position 2, 1 person. The designated position is Jinhua

The recruitment conditions are the same as those for position one.

(3) Preschool teacher position three, 1 person. Position location: Hangzhou

Recruitment requirements are: 30 years old and below (born after April 24, 1982); 2013 fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities, bachelor degree or above, majoring in preschool education; school-level Outstanding graduates and above. Doctoral degree (EdD) or master's degree (EdM) in preschool education is preferred.

3. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. On-site registration. The registration period is from the date of announcement to April 24, 2013 (excluding weekends and holidays). Registration location: No. 125, Wen'er Road, Hangzhou, Postal Code: 310012. Applicants must fill out the "Zhejiang Provincial Public Institutions Public Recruitment Application Form (1)" (see attachment), and no registration fee will be charged. You should bring the following materials when registering:

(1) Originals and copies of household registration book, ID card, academic certificate, kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, Mandarin certificate, computer certificate and other relevant certificates;

(2) Labor (employment) contract as proof of work experience. Fresh graduates should provide the original employment agreement;

(3) Two recent 2-inch full-face color photos without a hat.

(4) Fresh graduates shall provide certification materials for outstanding graduates at school level or above, stamped with the official seal of the school.

2. Qualification review. After the registration is completed, the qualification review results will be announced on the designated website for inquiries by applicants. The minimum examination ratio for each position is 1:3. If the number of qualified applicants is less than the required ratio, the recruitment number will be reduced accordingly or the recruitment plan will be cancelled.

3. Admission ticket. Those who pass the qualification review will receive an admission ticket by registered mail and a notice will be posted on the designated website.

(2) Exam

The exam includes a written test and an interview. The full score of the written test and interview is 100 points. The comprehensive score (full score of 100 points) is calculated based on the proportion of written test and interview accounting for 40 and 60 respectively.

1. Written test

The written test takes a closed-book format. The content of the written test is the professional knowledge and teaching materials and teaching methods related to the position you are applying for (basic educational theory, professional knowledge of early childhood education, etc.). The time and location of the written examination will be notified later.

After the written test, based on the written test scores from high to low, the shortlist of candidates for interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 for each position.

2. Interview

The interview time and location will be notified after the written test results are announced.

The interview content is as follows:

1) Class: demonstrate 10 minutes of educational and teaching activities

2) Professional skills test

Required Professional skills test: proposition art, self-prepared children's songs (2 minutes),

Art song a cappella (2 minutes), finished dance (2 minutes)

3) On-site defense: Focus on the examination of appearance, language expression ability and thinking adaptability.

The qualifying score for the interview is 60 points. Those with scores lower than this will not advance to the next stage.

(3) Physical examination and assessment

After the examination, the comprehensive score will be calculated according to the determined method, from high score to low score for each position (if the total score is the same, the one with the higher written test score will be given priority ), determine the physical examination and assessment objects according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits.

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Certification in Zhejiang Province" and in accordance with relevant regulations. The expenses shall be borne by the applicants themselves.

The assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)".

(4) Announcement and employment

Personnel who have passed the physical examination and assessment will be determined as those to be hired, and will be announced on the designated website within one week after the assessment. The announcement time for 7 days.

At the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired or if there are problems reported that will not affect the employment after verification, the recruitment and employment procedures will be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

(5) Others

If the applicant gives up or cancels the qualifications for shortlisting and employment, or fails the physical examination or assessment, the unit will study and decide whether to arrange for replacement. Those who need to make up the exams will be made in order from high scores to low scores according to the test scores.
