What major does the tobacco company recruit?

Accounting and auditing, law, Chinese, secretarial, marketing, computer, engineering and construction, business administration, electrical automation, finance, agriculture, plant protection and other majors.

Most of them require bachelor degree or above, and some tobacco companies apply for college degree. Overall, the requirements of China tobacco industry are slightly lower than those of Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

It should also be noted that most of the recruitment of tobacco companies is based on fresh graduates of that year, and there is less social recruitment. More relaxed conditions also allow graduates from the previous year to participate, but they must be qualified to walk, such as Jiangsu Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in 2020.

Evaluation method

Want to enter the tobacco company, most of them need to go through two links: written test and interview. A few companies do not have a written test, but interview directly (for example, Zhejiang Zhongyan). However, most candidates prefer the examination method of written test plus interview, because they feel that there is no written test, the interview is full of water, and it is easy to build a car behind closed doors.

The written test subjects of most tobacco companies are line test+application. Although the written examination subjects look the same as the national examination and the provincial examination, the content is sometimes biased towards tobacco materials, so the two examinations are actually different.

Some will involve tobacco expertise. For example, in the past two years, the exams in Nanjing area of Jiangsu Tobacco Monopoly Bureau will have about half an hour of tobacco knowledge inspection.
