Treatment conditions:

Within the legal working age, those who participate in social and economic activities through various forms and obtain legal labor income not lower than the local minimum wage standard shall apply for employment registration and obtain employment and entrepreneurship certificates.

Handling materials:

1. The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, handle the employment registration for the employed personnel with the following materials: ① Employment Registration Form for the employed personnel in Hubei Province; (2) A copy of the ID card of the employed person and a 2-inch recent bareheaded color photo; (3) A copy of the signed labor contract;

Personnel who are engaged in self-employment or achieve employment in flexible and diverse forms should fill in the Registration Form for Employment of Workers in Hubei Province with their ID cards, business licenses or other relevant certificates, 2-inch color photos and other materials within 30 days, which will be issued by the public employment service agencies at or above the county level after the preliminary examination of the community where they are employed and the audit of the street or township human resources and social security service agencies.
