(1) Announcement

(2) Registration

1. Time: 8: 00 am on June 5, 2022 to 8: 00 pm on June 7, 2022 18: 00 (overdue).

3. Submission of materials

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of selection and transfer. The application materials submitted by the applicant shall be true, accurate, complete and effective. Those who do not meet the registration conditions will be disqualified once they are found.

(4) Interview

Selection is conducted in a structured interview.

The interview was organized and implemented by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. The specific interview time, place and method will be notified separately.

In order to form effective competition, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of candidates is generally not less than 3: 1. If the ratio between the number of applicants and the number of selected candidates is less than 3: 1, the ratio shall be appropriately reduced under the premise of ensuring competition, but not less than 2: 1. If the number of applicants is less than 2: 1, the number of candidates will be reduced accordingly until the selection of the post is cancelled.

(5) Physical examination

According to the interview results, according to the ratio of 1: 1.25 for each post selection, the medical examiners are determined from high score to low score.

Physical examination procedures, physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. (6) Investigation

According to the ratio of 1: 1 among those who passed the physical examination, the candidates for investigation are determined in the order of interview results from high to low, and the vacancies of those who failed the investigation are filled by those who passed the physical examination in the same position.

The Municipal Development and Reform Commission is responsible for organizing the candidates for inspection, and conducting a comprehensive inspection of the morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty of the subjects through consulting personnel files, individual conversations and interviewing the subjects.

(7) Publicity

Those who pass the inspection will be publicized in the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 5 working days.

If you have any objection during the publicity period, please report it in writing to the Supervision Team of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and provide the necessary evidence. Opponents must provide effective contact information such as real name, work unit and contact telephone number. Any anonymous, false or overdue objection will not be accepted.

During the publicity period, if there are problems that affect the selection and there is evidence, the qualification for selection will be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the selection of songs will be suspended until it is found out.

(8) Handling the handover procedures.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or the problems reflected do not affect the transfer, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission shall go through the transfer procedures according to the relevant regulations and procedures, and the Municipal Customs Service Center shall go through the employment procedures.
