The difference between BMW China and BMW Brilliance lies in the company. BMW is a subsidiary of Bavarian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (BMW), while BMW Brilliance is a joint venture invested by BMW Group and Brilliance China Automobile Holdings Co., Ltd., which is different in nature. BMW in China is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, and all the cars are made in Germany. BMW Brilliance is a Sino-German joint venture, and all its cars are made in China.
