Gradually form a new pattern of vocational education group development led by provincial backbone vocational education groups, all vocational schools in the province participating, and major industry enterprises in the province actively participating, to comprehensively enhance the school-running vitality and service capabilities of vocational education. By 2025, all types of vocational schools at all levels and enterprises above designated size in the province will participate in the group-based running of vocational education, including provincial backbone vocational education groups.

2. Classification, composition and operation mode of provincial backbone vocational education groups

(1) Group classification. The provincial backbone vocational education group*** is divided into 20 vocational education groups (see the attachment for details), mainly based on the major categories of majors in the "Catalogue of Vocational Education Majors (2021)" of the Ministry of Education, and in line with the "National Economic Industry Classification (2019)" The industry classification in "Revised)" is classified based on the main directions of industries in our province, the professional settings of vocational colleges and the actual school running. 3. The main tasks of the provincial backbone vocational education group

(1) Promote the development of the group. IV. Relevant requirements
