1. Those who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and meet the requirements stipulated in the Teachers Law may apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where they work or where their household registration is located.

2. The fresh graduates of teachers' education major in all kinds of schools at all levels (excluding adult education graduates) have the qualifications for teachers. The last semester before graduation shall be handled by the student department of the school in accordance with the time stipulated by the teacher qualification accreditation body.

3. The fresh graduates of non-normal education major in all kinds of schools at all levels can apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution within the specified time according to the requirements of social accreditation with the certificate issued by the school in the last semester. After passing the certification, with the "Notice of Obtaining Certificate" and the certificate issued by the school that you can graduate on schedule, you can obtain the teacher qualification certificate.
