In the process of construction, safety construction has been emphasized many times. After the Spring Festival, the project department and the construction team will arrange the later work and plan the materials. When the project department examines the drawings, there is no standby pump for the heat collection loop, backwater and water supply, and there is no ladder leading to the roof, which cannot meet the energy-saving requirements. The tower crane on the construction site faced demolition years ago, and our circulating water tank has not yet arrived at the site. In order to avoid this problem, we propose to Party A to change the water tank into an assembled water tank. There were six visas before and after, but the contract was signed at a lump sum price, so it was difficult to get a visa. Party A finally agreed to only three visas, which are currently under review.

In the first quarter, the welding of the collector bracket was completed years ago. Work deployment in the second and second quarters

Apply to Party A for 30% of the total price of the second contract in April, and try to get the money back in May. Coordinate the site, the project will be completed in the middle and late May, and assist the project manager in energy-saving acceptance.

The reason is that our company's design is based on conventional conditions, ignoring the rigid provisions of the bidding documents. It may be safer for future project designers to design after they have a certain understanding of the bidding documents.

The second problem: the change of the tube on the solar energy ring. When we reported that the steel-plastic pipe was to be constructed, the company suggested that the steel-plastic pipe should be implemented at high temperature for a long time, and the plastic inner lining was easy to melt, which led to pipeline blockage and needed to be replaced with other pipes. The type of pipe replacement involves cost control, and the contract is guaranteed, which is very difficult. In future projects, special consideration should be given to the solar upper loop pipeline to avoid the problem of pipeline material change.

The third problem: the hoisting of large materials in high-rise projects. Can large materials, such as round water tank and steel, be hoisted before the tower crane is dismantled at the construction site? Of course, some people put forward different views, thinking that the circular water tank will be hoisted to the floor in advance to face the wind and rain, and may even be blown off. Everything has risks, and the key lies in control and choice. After the tower crane is dismantled, the hoisting cost of large materials in high-rise projects is not low and time-consuming.
