In order to strengthen the construction of teachers' team in Jianshui County and further optimize the structure of teachers' team, according to the provisions of the Interim Measures for the Staffing Management of Institutions in Jianshui County (for Trial Implementation) and with the consent of Jianshui County People's Government, it is decided to openly select some teachers. I. Transfer and Plan

There are ***68 open selection positions. For details, please refer to the 20 19 publicly selected teacher post information table in Jianshui county. The exam will not be held if:

(1) The number of applicants is insufficient 1:3, and the post will not be opened for examination;

(2) If more than one position is selected for one position, the number of selected positions shall be reduced correspondingly according to the ratio of not less than 1:3 for each selected position, and then the examination shall be started;

(three) no one to apply for the position, not up to the proportion of positions to be cancelled.

Second, the choice of objects and conditions

(a) transferring objects

1. The positions of Jianshui No.1 Middle School in Yunnan Province, Jianshui No.2 Middle School in Yunnan Province, Jianshui No.6 Middle School in Jianshui County, Jianshui Jianmin Middle School in Jianshui County and qingyun middle school in Jianshui County are selected for teachers and staff who are in-service in public schools in the province and meet the conditions of Jianshui County (including Jianshui County);

2. The remaining positions are selected for teachers and staff who are working in public schools in the province and meet the conditions of Jianshui County (excluding Jianshui County).

(b) Selection conditions

1. Be law-abiding, have a decent style, have a good professional ethics, be loyal to the party's education, and have made outstanding achievements in education and teaching;

2. Professional counterparts and bachelor degree or above. For the specific requirements, please refer to the Information Form of 20 19 Public Transfer of Teachers in Jianshui County;

3. Have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate;

4. Must have more than five years of teaching experience (joined the work before September 30, 20 14, starting from the formal employment of public institutions), and the annual assessment results in the last three years are "qualified" and above;

5. The age is 35 years old and below (the age is one year old, and the deadline is 2065438+August 3, 20091). Other counties and cities transferring personnel, the following two situations, the age can be appropriately relaxed (in principle, not more than 40 years old):

(1) One of the parents or husband and wife belongs to Jianshui hukou and lives in Jianshui area;

(2) Special-grade teachers, academic leaders at or above the county level, backbone teachers, and outstanding talents urgently needed to be introduced.

6. Be in good health and have the physical conditions required for normal performance of duties;

7. Have other conditions required for transfer;

8. One of the following circumstances will not be accepted:

(1) Violation of teachers' professional ethics and other phenomena that damage teachers' image and reputation, suspected of violating the law and discipline, being investigated by relevant departments, and no conclusion has been reached;

(two) in the past three years did not perform their duties or subject to disciplinary action;

(3) the work discipline is not strict, and the education and teaching ability is poor, which can not meet the requirements of education and teaching;

(4) Being incompetent for work due to physical reasons;

(5) If it does not meet the relevant regulations, it is not appropriate to go through the transfer procedures.

Three. Time, place and method of registration

VI. Selection Methods and Procedures

(1) Take the form of written examination, interview, inspection and adjustment.

1. written test: written test score 100, which focuses on subject expertise, taking into account the basic knowledge of public education and the basic theory of education and teaching. The selected positions are arranged according to the written test scores from high to low, and enter the interview according to the ratio of 1:2.

2. Interview: interview results 100, the content is a lecture.

3. Investigation: First, the personnel who entered the recruitment positions of each school according to the total score (40% of written test score+60% of interview score = total score) entered the investigation. When the total score is tied, the person with the highest interview score will enter the inspection; Second, the inspection work is organized by the county education and sports bureau (the inspection content mainly includes teachers' morality and practical performance).

4. Transfer: Applicants from five schools in Yunnan Jianshui No.1 Middle School, Yunnan Jianshui No.2 Middle School, Jianshui No.6 Middle School, Jianshui Jianmin Middle School and Jianshui qingyun middle school County will transfer to the same type (high school/junior high school) according to their total scores.

(2) Physical examination: The physical examination personnel are determined in equal amount according to the investigation results. Physical examination personnel must hold the Physical Examination Form for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Yunnan Province to the First People's Hospital of Jianshui County for physical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Physical Examination of Teachers in Yunnan Province.

(3) Publicity: The county education and sports bureau will publicize the personnel to be transferred according to the physical examination results, and the publicity period is 5 working days.

(4) Transfer: If the problems that have not been reflected or the problems that have been reflected do not affect the transfer after investigation, the personnel to be transferred shall report to the relevant departments for formalities according to regulations; If it is reflected that there is a problem that affects the transfer or is incompetent for physical reasons, it will not be transferred. The transfer personnel voluntarily obey the work arranged by the leaders of the transfer school, and abide by the rules and regulations of the transfer school, such as the post employment plan, performance salary distribution plan, and title application competition plan. Because the title has not been transferred or because the transfer unit has no corresponding professional and technical positions, it is necessary to employ professional and technical positions with lower levels.

Seven. Disciplinary requirements

(a) the public transfer work should be open to information, process and results, and consciously accept the supervision of Jianshui County People's Congress, County CPPCC, County Commission for Discipline Inspection and other departments to ensure that the transfer work is open, fair and just.

(two) the staff shall not violate the discipline of public transfer. Civil servants who violate work discipline shall be punished according to the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of Civil Servants of Administrative Organs; If the staff of public institutions violate the discipline of public transfer, they shall be punished accordingly according to the Interim Provisions on the Punishment of Staff of Public Institutions.

(III) For candidates who violate the public discipline and practise fraud, their qualifications for examination and transfer shall be cancelled, and written communication shall be made to the local education and sports administrative department and the unit where they work in violation of work discipline, and they shall not participate in the transfer of teachers in our county in the next five years.
