Why do real estate companies recruit so many people?

The real estate industry has low basic salary, high commission, wide learning range and many high-end people.

You need training at first, but the mastery of sales skills still needs practice. It takes at least half a year to learn and hone your personal abilities and business processes.

This industry can indeed develop for a long time, but it needs to start with apprentices. Most people work to make money. If they wait patiently for study, they will give up halfway because their salary can't guarantee their daily life or they can't see the future.
