Ranking of the 100 most unemployed occupations in the country. Which occupations are on the list?

On January 26, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security released a ranking of the 100 occupations with the most job shortages nationwide in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The ranking shows that marketers, cleaners, security guards, merchandise salespersons, restaurant waiters, housekeepers, customer service, lathes, real estate agents, and welders rank in the top 10 .

The top 10 occupations remain basically stable. In this issue, welders entered the top 10 and couriers dropped out of the top 10, ranking 11th.

Among these 100 occupations, 36 belong to manufacturing and related personnel, 36 belong to social production service and life service personnel, 19 belong to professional and technical personnel, 6 belong to office workers and related personnel, One belongs to the person in charge of party organs, state organs, mass organizations and social organizations, enterprises and institutions, one belongs to agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery production and auxiliary personnel, and one belongs to other employees who are inconveniently classified. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security pointed out that compared with the third quarter, the number of recruitment needs in this ranking has increased significantly from the previous quarter, and the supply and demand relationship of the 100 occupations with the most job shortages has generally tightened.

Looking at the 100 most unemployed occupations, the number of people in need of recruitment increased from 1.316 million in the third quarter to 1.418 million (an increase of 7.75%); the number of job seekers was basically the same as in the third quarter and slightly decreased (a decrease 0.61).

The number of vacancies increased from 824,000 in the third quarter to 929,000 (an increase of 12.74); the overall employment ratio (the ratio of the number of recruitment needs to the number of job seekers) increased from 2.67 in the third quarter to 2.90 (an increase of 8.61).

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security stated that the number of gaps and the overall job opening rate are both at the highest level in history since the ranking was first released in the third quarter of 2019. The shortage of these occupations is increasing

The ranking shows that the demand for manufacturing talents continues to be strong.

Among the 25 newly ranked occupations, 15 are directly related to the manufacturing industry, accounting for 60%, such as: smelting engineering technicians, foundry workers, automotive engineering technicians, metal heat treatment workers, etc.

Among the 34 occupations with increasing shortages, 16 are directly related to the manufacturing industry, accounting for 47.1%, such as steel bar workers, machine repair fitters, textile dyers, etc.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security pointed out that under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the demand for talents in social management and social services has increased. The rankings of occupations such as "security administrator", "security guard" and "community worker" have increased. ?Domestic attendants? ranked in the top ten, ?Nursery workers? Elderly care workers? rose in the rankings, ?Infant and child development guides? Orphan and disabled children care workers? entered the rankings for the first time, ?Early childhood education teachers? re-entered the rankings, ?Middle school education Teacher? Ranking rises.
