In order to successfully complete the demolition and reconstruction of the old village of Shangqiaotou Village in Xiwu Street (Zhujiayang plot, Phase I) in Fenghua District of Ningbo City, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned, we will evaluate the houses in this demolition plot according to the provisions of Article 24, paragraph 1, of the Regulations on Demolition of Houses with Collectively Owned Land in Ningbo City and Article 2, paragraph 1, of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Demolition of Houses with Collectively Owned Land in Ningbo City.
