Which universities in China have physical education majors?

When looking for a job, only the physical education majors in the normal departments of key universities can register ~ only the Beijing Institute of Physical Education and the First Institute of Physical Education can register. When I say registration, I mean the registration of physical education teachers' exams, so if you want to go to a comprehensive university, you must go to a key normal school.
