Within 0/2 months after birth/kloc-,a married baby can enter the household with his father or mother, but if one of the husband and wife is a family household and the other is a collective household, in principle, the children born will enter the household with the family household. The following materials shall be submitted to the public security organ:

Application; Original and photocopy of birth medical certificate; Original and photocopy of parents' household registration book, resident identity card and marriage certificate; Foreign-born babies also need to submit their passports or travel documents of the People's Republic of China, birth certificates and translations of foreign-born children, and household registration notices issued by the municipal exit-entry administration department.

Shaoguan newborns need the following information:

(1) treatment conditions

For residents whose parents or one of them is registered locally, children born at home and abroad are allowed to report their birth registration locally with their parents.

(II) Required materials

1, parents' marriage certificate (copies are required, including the seal page and content page of the issuing authority); If the marriage certificate is lost, the marriage (husband and wife) relationship certificate issued by the marriage registration authority shall be provided.

2. Identity cards of both parents (including address page and content page);

5. A baby born in a foreign country shall also have a certificate issued by the baby's biological mother unit or the street family planning department;

6. Family planning certificate issued by the street family planning institution (go to the household registration neighborhood committee first);

7, the policy of giving birth to a child, the mother's household registration in this province, the need to provide the mother's province's "family planning service certificate"; If the mother's household registration is outside the province, provide a birth certificate. If there is no birth certificate, provide a marriage and childbirth certificate issued by the village (neighborhood) Committee and the township (street) family planning agency where the mother's household registration is located; If two children are born within the policy, provide the Approval Form for Birth of Two Children (copy 1, original inspection);

8. If the declaration is made for more than one month, and the parents or one of them is still registered in other cities when the baby is born, a certificate issued by the local police station that the child did not enter the household with his father or mother (the child's name, date of birth, parents' name and other contents shall be indicated, and the child did not enter the household with his father or mother) shall be provided.

9. Babies born out of wedlock are required to provide the "Certificate of Paying Social Support" issued by the family planning department where the mother or father is registered; If the father is not clearly defined on the medical certificate of birth, and it is required to declare birth registration with the father, a paternity test certificate issued by the competent department is also required.

(3) Specific procedures:

2. Go to the fertility hospital for the Birth Medical Certificate. Required documents: ID cards and photocopies of husband and wife, and original list of discharge expenses.

3. Go to the police station in the jurisdiction where the household registration is located to fill in the application form. The police station will provide a description of the required documents listed above.

4. Go to the neighborhood committee for household verification.

(1) Go to the company to open the household registration certificate and family planning agreement (generally issued by the administrative department, the original discharge form issued by the production hospital should be provided, and the company should copy it and file it).

(2) Carry the household registration book, ID cards of both husband and wife, birth certificate, marriage certificate, family planning service certificate, and the original and photocopy of the unit certificate. After verification, the neighborhood Committee will write "Verification is correct, and it is allowed to enter the house" and affix the official seal of the neighborhood Committee, and then tell you to go to the superior sub-district office.

5. Sub-district Office (Family Planning Office): Prepare the household registration book, husband and wife ID card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, family planning service certificate and their copies, show the certificate of neighborhood committee and the application form of public security bureau, and the family planning office will issue the admission card after verifying that it is correct (in line with the policy).

6. Go back to the police station in the jurisdiction to formally go through the formalities for the newborn to enter the household: prepare the original and photocopy of the household registration book, husband and wife ID cards, birth certificate, marriage certificate and family planning service certificate, and handle them normally.
