Prepare information

A4 copies of ID card and diploma, 1 original and copy of physical examination form, 2 copies of examination registration form and 3 one-inch color photos (including 1 blank space for posting ID card copy).

Treatment conditions

At least 18 years old, meeting the age requirements specified by relevant types of work, passing the hospital physical examination, without diseases and physical defects that hinder the corresponding special operations, having a junior high school education or above, and meeting other conditions that meet the requirements of the corresponding special operations.

Examination process

According to Article 13 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operators, you need to fill in an application form and submit your education or training certificate before you can take the exam. The examining and issuing authority shall organize the examination within 60 days after receiving the application. The examination includes two parts: safety technology theory and practical operation. If you fail, you can take the exam again. Those who fail the make-up exam need to attend the training again.
