Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic application requirements

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Abide by the constitution and laws, and have good conduct;

3. Aged above 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between March 16, 1986 and March 15, 2004);

4. Have the academic qualifications, majors or skills required for the recruitment position. Among them, the academic qualifications should be a college degree or above recognized by the national education administrative department or a technical college senior engineering class or above; the majors should be graduate, undergraduate, higher vocational (college) and technical college majors announced by the national education administrative department. The catalog shall prevail. Graduation certificates, degree certificates, and various certificates required for the recruitment position must be obtained before September 30, 2022;

5. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the recruitment position;

6. Have other qualifications required for the recruitment position. Among them, if there is a requirement for work experience, the calculation time for work experience will be until July 31, 2022.

The specific conditions required for recruitment positions are subject to the requirements of the "2022 Shaanxi Provincial Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Position List" (hereinafter referred to as the "Position List").

(2) The main circumstances that do not meet the application requirements

1. Those who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed; those who have been subject to party discipline or political discipline during the review period or have not been lifted ;

2. Those who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious disciplinary violations in civil servant recruitment and public recruitment in public institutions;

3. Active military personnel and current students who are not graduating in 2022 Graduates, as well as current non-2022 graduates who apply with their previous academic qualifications;

4. Those who need to avoid the personnel management of public institutions;

5. Staff of public institutions , civil servants (including staff in units managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law) whose service years are stipulated and have not expired; teachers on special posts and "three supports and one support" personnel are within the service period;

6. Breach of trust Person subject to execution;

7. Those who do not meet the requirements of this recruitment according to laws and regulations.
