Second, the recruitment conditions

1. Persons who have obtained a doctoral degree or passed a doctoral thesis defense, are excellent in character and scholarship, are in good health, and are generally under the age of 35.

2. Applicants must ensure that they are engaged in full-time postdoctoral research during the station, and on-the-job personnel shall not engage in part-time postdoctoral research.

Three. Application and approval procedures

(1) Preliminary stage

Those who apply for postdoctoral research in our hospital shall submit a written application to the office of the postdoctoral management Committee of our hospital. Applicants are required to provide the following materials:

1. Postdoctoral Application Form of Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University;

2. Approval Form for Postdoctoral Station Entry of Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University;

3. Postdoctoral research work plan (about 2000 words);

4. Doctoral degree certificate (copy) or other relevant valid documents (fresh graduates can submit the application form first, and then submit the thesis defense certificate or copy of doctoral degree certificate after the thesis defense is passed).

(II) Examination and approval stage

If the applicant intends to accept the application after the preliminary examination, our hospital will inform him to log on to the "China Postdoctoral" website to register and fill in the postdoctoral application form online. After the approval of our college, the applicant prints the application form online and submits the following official materials to the postdoctoral office of our college: (attachment)

After the stop application is approved, the stop date should be drawn up with the co-tutor and reported to the postdoctoral office of our hospital. If you can't enter the station on time for special reasons, you should go to the relevant mobile station to go through the leave formalities in advance. If it is overdue for one month without reason, our hospital will no longer retain its qualification to enter the station. When a postdoctoral fellow goes through the pit stop formalities, he should sign a work agreement with the relevant mobile station, stipulating the responsibilities, rights and other matters that should be observed by both parties.
