Inner Mongolia Jitong Railway Group Class I

The first-class Jitong Railway is an important railway trunk line in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The railway grade is Grade I of the National Railway, starting from Benhong Station of Ji 'er Railway in the west and Tongliao North Station of Tonghuo Railway in the east, passing through four league cities in Inner Mongolia (Tongliao City, Chifeng City, Xilin Gol League and Wulanchabu City) and 13 counties (Horqin District, Kailu County, Arukerqin Banner, Balinzuoqi and Balinyouqi). Electrification transformation of Jining-Tongliao railway and capacity expansion transformation of Mengentala-Linxi-Daban section (additional second line). After the transformation, the "bend" of the railway line will be greatly reduced, the total length of the line will be shortened from 943.35438+0 km to 923.66 km, and the traction capacity of single-row freight trains will reach 5000 tons. By then, the daily average number of passenger trains on Jitong Railway will increase from 13 pairs to 30 pairs, the annual freight volume will increase from more than 36 million tons to more than 80 million tons, the running speed of passenger trains will increase from 65 km/h to the highest running speed 120 km/h, and the whole running time will be shortened by about 6 hours. On April 28th, 2020, the electrification expansion of Jitong Railway officially started, which indicated that this railway would bid farewell to the "internal combustion era" and usher in the electrification era.
