Soldiers who are discharged from other places, demobilized, transferred to other jobs, or discharged from the army, shall report their household registration to the public security organ at the place of resettlement with a letter of introduction and a resident ID card issued by the resettlement department or the military service organ at or above the county level (if they have not applied for a resident ID card, they shall submit the registration form of the military citizenship number).
The family members of the soldiers who move with them after changing jobs shall go through the transfer formalities with the marriage certificate or proof of the relationship between parents and children, the notice of settlement issued by the resettlement office, the household registration book and the identity verification through the population information network where the household registration is located.
Family members of soldiers approved by the Political Department of units above the division (brigade) level may move into the local police station where the soldiers are located to register their permanent residence.
Proof materials to be submitted by the applicant:
(a) the approval certificate of the Political Department of the unit above the division (brigade) level;
(two) the residence booklet, identity card and marriage certificate of the immigrants.
Personnel, labor and regulatory departments (Urumqi can refer to the implementation) transferred and employed cadres and workers can register their permanent residence in the local police station.
Proof materials to be submitted by the applicant:

3. Certificate of receiving unit.
(II) For technical school graduates who have not moved their registered permanent residence to the school at the time of enrollment or have moved their registered permanent residence back to their original places after graduation, they will move their registered permanent residence out of their original places with the employment registration certificate recommended by technical school graduates and the certificate of the receiving unit and diploma, and then go to the public security organ where the employment unit is located to settle down.
The legal representatives of enterprises, natural person shareholders and self-employed individuals in resident towns and other established towns of county-level cities and county people's governments have invested and settled down. I, my spouse and unmarried children can apply for settlement with business license, tax payment certificate for more than three years or relevant certificates of government tax reduction or exemption.
To apply for settlement in accordance with the provisions of this article, the applicant shall submit the following materials:
(a) the applicant's identity card and residence booklet;
(2) Business license and enterprise certificate;
(3) tax payment certificates for the last three years (if you enjoy tax exemption, provide relevant tax exemption certificates);
(four) the residence permit of the applicant's current residence. (except for children who have not reached the age of application).
If the applicant has housing, he shall register and settle down according to his housing address; If there is no housing, register and settle down according to the registered address of the enterprise and register the actual residential address.
Buying commercial housing, affordable housing, second-hand housing, housing reform housing and fund-raising housing in towns and other towns where the people's governments at the county level or county level are resident can settle down for themselves, their spouses and unmarried children. Those who have not obtained the real estate license can settle down with the purchase contract and deed tax payment certificate.
To apply for settlement in accordance with the provisions of this article, the applicant shall submit the following materials:

Move out of counties and cities
The police station in the place of emigration shall, with the residence permit issued by the public security organ in the place of emigration, handle the residence permit for the corresponding personnel according to the contents of the residence permit.
If the applicant is unable to provide the household registration book, a written explanation is required, and the police station will handle it according to the preceding paragraph after completing the household registration book.
Migration of college students' household registration
Freshmen admitted to colleges and universities can voluntarily choose to move their registered permanent residence into college students' collective households with the admission notice.
When applying for the registration of new students, colleges and universities should issue a register of new students, a notice of admission and a "household registration certificate" stamped with the special seal for admission by the admissions department to the local public security organ.
Freshmen in colleges and universities have moved out of their household registration when they enter school, but they have not settled in the location of colleges and universities. They can apply to the police station where they moved out for the restoration of their household registration with the "Household Registration Certificate".
If the household registration has been moved into the school collective household at the time of enrollment, the household registration will not go through the formalities of moving out during the school period (except for factors stipulated by the state, such as dropping out of school, being expelled from school, being identified as an enlisted object, etc.).
Students in institutions of higher learning who are approved to transfer during their studies and want to move out of their registered permanent residence shall go through the transfer formalities at the place where their registered permanent residence is located with the approval documents of the competent department.
Students in ordinary institutions of higher learning and secondary specialized schools who drop out of school shall apply for transfer registration on the basis of suspension, withdrawal certificate, household registration certificate, resident identity card and other materials.
Where college graduates who have gone through the employment procedures have legally stable residences, they can be registered as permanent residence in their permanent residence according to the principle of voluntariness; If there is no legal and stable residence, you can take refuge in relatives and friends in the employment unit or the employment city. Unemployed college graduates who want to move their registered permanent residence back to their original places, the local police station shall go through the formalities of moving out of registered permanent residence with the "Graduation Certificate" or "Undergraduate Certificate"; The police station of origin shall go through the settlement formalities with the Household Registration Certificate, Graduation Certificate or Student ID Card. For graduates who fail to obtain the "Graduation Certificate" or "Student ID Card" for various reasons, they can go through the formalities of moving out and returning to their original places with the relevant school certificates.
For college graduates who have moved out of the school collective account in previous years but have not settled down, they still report to the Municipal Employment Office, and go through the settlement formalities with the labor contract, graduate employment registration card, household registration card and resident ID card.
If you are employed in other cities and meet the conditions for settling in the current employment city, you should apply to the local police station and settle in the current employment city after being examined and approved by the county (city, district) level public security population (public security) department.
For college graduates who have not moved their registered permanent residence into the school before entering the school, if the employment unit is implemented, the certificate of household registration can be issued by the local police station where the registered permanent residence is located on the basis of the certificate of employment registration, diploma, certificate of receiving unit and other supporting materials.
After graduation, college graduates who hold household registration certificates and have not implemented employment units for many years will settle in their original household registration places with their own applications, graduate employment registration certificates, graduation certificates, household registration certificates and other supporting materials.
If the location of the migration certificate of college graduates is not filled in in detail, it is not necessary for the public security organs to change or migrate. The graduates themselves can apply for settlement procedures in places that meet the conditions for settlement or in places where the original accounts have moved out.
