What are the duties of an "electronic vacuum coater"?

(1) Using vacuum evaporation equipment such as heating evaporation and electron beam evaporation, the coating material is deposited on the inner wall of vacuum electronic devices and electric light source devices, the surface of parts or the surface of semiconductor discrete devices and integrated circuit chips to generate metal, nonmetal or semiconductor films;

(2) Using vacuum sputtering equipment, such as magnetron sputtering, radio frequency sputtering and DC sputtering, the coating material is deposited on the surface of the substrate or chip to generate a metal, nonmetal or semiconductor film.
