Is Yuanfang Consulting a scam company?

It cannot be called a scam company, but this company does not even have basic integrity. The following is my interview record last week:

Don’t step into the trap of Yuanfang Consulting Company! I just had an interview. The company first asked me to interview for the position of general manager, but after the negotiation, they only hired salespeople, and their only job was to contact the government or enterprises to apply for subsidies. I accepted the salary we agreed upon. But HR said that the contract should be signed within one month after joining the company. I made an opinion: I hope that the contract can be signed on the day of joining (because the contract is ready-made and only the information needs to be filled in). HR only replied that they can sign in advance and let me go for a physical examination. Wait, I'm done. However, after a weekend, HR said that I was no longer wanted due to internal adjustments. I suspect that they are not recruiting employees sincerely, but just deceive people into not signing a labor contract, working for free for a few weeks and then not hiring them, or they may negotiate a salary increase if they can get business. In short, a company does not even have the minimum integrity. I hope other job seekers will not waste time in distant consulting companies and step into this trap again.
