I. Application conditions

0 1 basic conditions for applying for the exam

5. 18-30 years old (born from February 26th, 0993 to February 26th, 2005), graduates with full-time undergraduate degree or above, personnel who quit the national comprehensive fire rescue team, retired soldiers and personnel with nationally recognized vocational qualification certificates above the intermediate level (including military recognized vocational skills above the intermediate level) may be appropriately relaxed to 35 years old (6544).

The age of special professionals and post talents urgently needed for fire fighting and rescue work (see annex) can be further relaxed through research by detachment-level units, but they shall not exceed 45 years old (born after February 26th,1978);

6. Those who quit the national comprehensive fire rescue team, retired soldiers, those with full-time firemen's working experience, those with bachelor's degree or above, those who have obtained the professional qualifications of registered fire engineers and relevant national professional qualifications, and those who are in urgent need of special professionals and post talents in fire rescue work, all of whom are qualified in the examination subjects, can be given priority.

02 The main situation of not applying for the exam:

1. Having been criminally punished or dismissed for committing a crime; Suspected of illegal crimes are under investigation; During the period of filing a case for review, or the disciplinary action of the Party and government has not been lifted;

2. It is found that there are serious violations of discipline such as fraud in open recruitment;

3. Active servicemen;

4. There is a policy or agreement explicitly prohibiting dismissal or leaving the current work unit (post);

6. Laws and regulations do not meet the requirements of this open recruitment.

0 1 Registration and Qualification Examination

According to the standard of military ground personnel in the Standard of Physical Examination for Candidates, the medical examination fee shall be borne by the individual.

Physical fitness test, psychological test and interview

1. Physical fitness test (score 70%) is organized by Baoji Fire Rescue Detachment. Physical fitness test shall be carried out according to the physical fitness test and post adaptability test items and standards of the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team in 2022, with full score 100. If the average score is above 60 points, it will be regarded as qualified, and those who are "unqualified" will be eliminated.

2. Psychological test

The mental health test was organized by Baoji Fire Rescue Detachment and conducted according to the standard of "Psychological Investigation System for Firefighters Recruitment". The test method is field test, and the system automatically calculates whether the evaluation result is "qualified" or "unqualified".

Those who are "unqualified" in the psychological test will be eliminated.

3. Interview (score 30%)

The interview is conducted in the form of structured interview and on-site questioning, which is organized and implemented by the recruitment point.

100 full score, 60 points qualified.

"Unqualified" should be eliminated.

04 political assessment

06 pre-job training

Baoji City Fire Rescue Detachment will organize the personnel to be hired for a two-month pre-job education and training.

Induction training includes ideological and political education, discipline education, fire fighting and rescue theory learning, basic fire fighting business learning, queue training, physical fitness and skill training, etc.

Those who are unqualified in training and examination, unstable in thinking or unsuitable for fire rescue work will be eliminated.

24-hour closed management is implemented during the training period.

07 Distribution and signing of labor contracts

Those who pass the pre-job education and training by means of distribution and conclusion of labor contracts shall be assigned to the fire rescue teams of counties (districts) and go through the employment procedures.

The probation period for new employees is 2 months.

Fourth, the form and treatment of employment.

The contents of a labor contract shall include: contract term, work content, work place, working hours, rest and vacation, labor protection, labor remuneration, social insurance, labor discipline, probation period, conditions for termination and dissolution of the contract, liability for breach of contract and other matters that both parties think need to be clarified.

02 treatment

1. The salary of full-time government firefighters consists of six parts: basic salary, post salary, rank salary, performance salary, first-line subsidy and insurance.

The wages and benefits of newly hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the municipal government on the management of full-time firefighters, with reference to the standards of fire rescue teams in counties (districts).

2. After signing the labor contract, the post level will be evaluated with reference to education, service experience and vocational skills.

Every year, all examiners will be promoted or promoted, and then the salary will be raised.

During the pre-job training, only the basic living expenses are paid, and the used employees are compensated by 30% of the total amount, and the unused ones are turned over.

5. After signing the contract, full-time government firefighters can enjoy 8 days' holiday every month.
