I. Application conditions

0 1 basic conditions for applying for the exam

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

4. Have a high school education or above;

The age of special professionals and post talents urgently needed for fire fighting and rescue work (see annex) can be further relaxed through research by detachment-level units, but they shall not exceed 45 years old (born after February 26th,1978);

6. Those who quit the national comprehensive fire rescue team, retired soldiers, those with full-time firemen's working experience, those with bachelor's degree or above, those who have obtained the professional qualifications of registered fire engineers and relevant national professional qualifications, and those who are in urgent need of special professionals and post talents in fire rescue work, all of whom are qualified in the examination subjects, can be given priority.

02 The main situation of not applying for the exam:

1. Having been criminally punished or dismissed for committing a crime; Suspected of illegal crimes are under investigation; During the period of filing a case for review, or the disciplinary action of the Party and government has not been lifted;

2. It is found that there are serious violations of discipline such as fraud in open recruitment;

3. Active servicemen;

Physical fitness test, psychological test and interview

1. Physical fitness test (score 70%) is organized by Baoji Fire Rescue Detachment. Physical fitness test shall be carried out according to the physical fitness test and post adaptability test items and standards of the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team in 2022, with full score 100. If the average score is above 60 points, it will be regarded as qualified, and those who are "unqualified" will be eliminated.

2. Psychological test

The mental health test was organized by Baoji Fire Rescue Detachment and conducted according to the standard of "Psychological Investigation System for Firefighters Recruitment". The test method is field test, and the system automatically calculates whether the evaluation result is "qualified" or "unqualified".

Those who are "unqualified" in the psychological test will be eliminated.

3. Interview (score 30%)

06 pre-job training

1. The salary of full-time government firefighters consists of six parts: basic salary, post salary, rank salary, performance salary, first-line subsidy and insurance.

The wages and benefits of newly hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the municipal government on the management of full-time firefighters, with reference to the standards of fire rescue teams in counties (districts).

2. After signing the labor contract, the post level will be evaluated with reference to education, service experience and vocational skills.
