2. Application Requirements
1. The academic qualification is a full-time undergraduate degree or above;
2. No more than 30 years old (born after September 1, 1983);
3. Graduated from computer-related majors or educational technology majors;
4. Proficient in office software, have computer certificate level II, and passed CET-4 in English. Have strong practical operation ability and hands-on maintenance ability, and be able to skillfully use common maintenance tools;
5. Able to use graphic design software, multimedia related technologies, network technology and non-linear editing technology to produce multimedia courseware and teaching aids;
6. Have a strong sense of work responsibility and be able to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the college, obey work arrangements, and perform job responsibilities.
3. Relevant benefits and employment period
1. Salary standard: The total monthly salary for master's degree graduates is 1,800 yuan (RMB, the same below), and the total monthly salary for bachelor's degree graduates is 1,600 yuan. Among them, 60 is the basic salary, 30 is the job salary, and 10 is the perfect attendance award; you can enjoy the civilization award subsidy according to the school regulations.
2. Housing: The school provides a housing subsidy of 200 yuan/month, but no housing is provided.
3. Personnel agency and insurance handling: The employing personnel shall handle the personnel agency procedures and entrust the Talent Exchange Center to pay the social insurance fees. The school shall bear the portion payable by the unit.
4. Appointment period: Two years (probation period of 2 months). When the contract expires, the contract may be renewed or terminated based on job requirements and assessment results.
