The branch needs to deal with hazardous waste separately. According to China's Regulations on Hazardous Waste Management, hazardous waste refers to the waste that may cause harm to the environment and human health because of its toxicity, corrosiveness, explosiveness or other characteristics. All units and individuals have the obligation to correctly handle hazardous waste according to law. The branch is legally regarded as an independent legal entity. If the branch produces hazardous waste, it shall bear corresponding responsibilities and need to dispose of it correctly in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and standards. Therefore, the branch company needs to dispose of hazardous waste separately.
