When the bus arrived at the toll booth, it was stopped by the traffic police. According to the explanation, because there are too many foreign vehicles coming to mourn and travel, the narrow streets are easy to cause congestion, so we have to change a local steamed stuffed bun to Wangxiangtai, where we can see the whole picture of Beichuan's old county, and the driver of the car also served as our commentator. There are not many pedestrians on the road, and temporary tents have been set up on both sides of the street.

Along the way, Renjiaping became the "end point" of our trip to Beichuan due to the restrictions of the opening up of the old county. There are some individuals called Wangxiangtai. After the earthquake, it became a place to pay homage to the dead on May 12. It is located halfway up the mountain between the old and new towns in Beichuan County, with a wide field of vision. You can overlook Beichuan and only pay tribute to it with your eyes. Many overturned and collapsed buildings are faintly visible in the mist. After coming down from Wangxiangtai, we walked into Beichuan Middle School, which left the deepest impression on the author. The banner "Deeply mourn the victims of the 512 earthquake" is still hanging at the school gate. Now the whole campus is covered with leaves and weeds, but it looks solemn. Although the disaster has passed, it is still heavy when we are here.
