Notes for Individual Members of Tianjin Calligraphers Association

All calligraphers who are citizens in People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) and have reached the age of 18 have made some achievements in the field of calligraphy art and are in favor of the articles of association. After my application, the introduction of two members of the association, the recommendation of the book association of the district and county to which the applicant belongs (if there is no book association in other districts and counties, it can be directly declared), the approval of the association and the formalities, I can become an individual member of the association.

The basic conditions for membership include: people who have made outstanding achievements and contributions in calligraphy creation, calligraphy education, calligraphy theory studies, calligraphy editing and publishing, calligraphy organization, etc.

I. Main achievements

1, enter the national exhibition and national special exhibition once.

2. Participate in the annual exhibition sponsored by Tianjin Calligraphers Association.

3. Participated in the special exhibition sponsored by Tianjin Calligraphers Association twice.

4. The thesis was selected for the first time in the theoretical seminar sponsored by China Book Association.

5. The thesis was selected into the theoretical seminar sponsored by Tianjin Book Association for the second time.

6. The papers were published in professional calligraphy journals such as China Calligraphy, Calligraphy and Calligraphy Appreciation (each paper is more than 3,000 words).

7. The paper has been published in calligraphy newspapers and periodicals such as Calligraphy Guide, Calligraphy Newspaper, China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, Youth Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper and Tianjin Calligraphy Newsletter (each paper has more than 3,000 words).

8. Calligraphy works published by the publishing house shall be recommended and evaluated by two members of the corresponding professional committee of the Municipal Calligraphy Association.

Second, the newspaper approval procedures and matters needing attention

1. Starting from 2009, the time for applying for membership of the city's book association is from August 1 to 10/.

2. The applicant applies to the district and county calligraphers association for an application form. If there is no book association, you can directly apply for a declaration form from Tianjin Book Association (you must bring the original certificate when applying for membership form).

3. The applicant should carefully read the instructions after the form. Exhibition column, mainly fill in the exhibition projects sponsored by China Book Association or Tianjin Book Association.

4. The applicant will copy and bind the ID card, the main exhibition card and the works in the works into archival materials, and submit the application form to the county book association for preliminary qualification examination. If there is no book association in the county, it can be sent directly to Tianjin Calligraphers Association.

5. The book associations of all districts and counties will submit the application forms and materials agreed to be recommended to Tianjin Book Association within the specified time. If there is a book association in the county, the city book association does not accept personal delivery.

6. Tianjin Book Association will review the qualifications of the applicants and compile them into materials to be submitted to the Organizing Committee for deliberation.

7. Tianjin Book Association will inform the new members through the district and county book associations of the list of members approved this year.

8. The application materials are only valid during this year's audit. This year's membership list has been published, and the effectiveness of unapproved personnel materials will automatically terminate. Tianjin Book Association does not return documents, and applicants must keep their own manuscripts.

9. After receiving the notice of being approved as a member of Tianjin Calligraphers Association, the applicant shall immediately register with the association, and those who fail to do so within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
