Why do you usually enter the power plant by relationship?

Of course, I don't deny that someone enters the power plant by virtue of their relationship, but the premise is that they must be fresh graduates and have professional counterparts. If they are looking for jobs by virtue of their connections, they will all enter the railway. It is a common phenomenon in today's society that all the children of bank employees enter the bank. Personally, I think our power plant is very good compared with other industries. I will also let my children learn automation or thermal energy engineering in the future, relying on mountains to eat mountains and relying on water to eat water. There's nothing wrong with that.
