Teenagers with non-deep household registration whose parents or one of them has Shenzhen household registration, who have lived in Shenzhen for 1 year and participated in social insurance (endowment insurance and medical insurance) for 1 year.

2. Shenzhen registered teenagers. Children of Shenzhen registered adolescents who meet the age and enjoy the relevant preferential policies of this Municipality.
