After all, in the secondary unit of my hometown, we young couple get along well, with a little status, power and achievement. There are three people in life, one room and one car, and the years are quiet. I still like Beijing in my bones, and I don't want to live in a small county all my life from the bottom of my heart. My wife knows my mind and agrees to let me come for a year.

I remember it was an evening in early spring. The coach entered the Fifth Ring Road in Beijing, entered the Fourth Ring Road from Wu Fang Bridge and passed Siyuan Bridge. People are sleepy. The driver, an old master, stayed away from the old songs all the way, just played a song "Moonlight in the City": Moonlight in the City illuminates dreams, please warm his heart and see through the gathering and dispersion of the world. Can there be more happy episodes? The moonlight in the city illuminates the dream. Please protect it. If we can meet again one day, let happiness spread overnight.

I looked up, and in Wangjing, near the North Fourth Ring Road, there was a building with four big characters "Moonlight in the City" (the name of the community) written on it. This song happened to meet four words, and at that moment, I burst into tears. At that time, there was a feeling of giving up one's family and career and forgetting one's life and death. At night, the long-distance bus was driving in the light river and looking at the lights in the city, I thought at that time, I don't know which light belongs to me.

After a year's secondment from Beijing headquarters, I kept my original position, but a new person was in charge of the work. After coming back, the unit is in a dilemma and the newcomers are more nervous. In addition, I also like Beijing, and when a new enterprise was established, I resolutely gave up the idea of going back and jumped ship to a new company. At that time, I really didn't know the future of this new company, but I just didn't want to go back and cause trouble to the unit.

Unexpectedly, this newly established company, unexpectedly, is not only friendly to us foreigners, but also has good wages and benefits. I met a very enterprising boss and my monthly salary tripled in the second year. My salary in the former secondary enterprise was only 3500 yuan. At the end of the year, there is a year-end bonus of about1-20,000, and the annual income is about 70,000. In my second year in Beijing, I met a good enterprise and a good leader, and my annual salary tripled, and tripled in the fifth year. (It has been 12 years since job-hopping. It turns out that those colleagues still earn four or five thousand yuan a month and remain motionless for ten years. )

The leader of the new company not only has courage, but also has foresight. At that time, the company rented the house to a foreigner, but the leader repeatedly said at the meeting: I shouldn't rent it for you. I'm not worried about the rent, but because I rent a house, you have no incentive to buy a house. I want to tell you that house prices in Beijing will continue to rise. You have to sell iron to buy a house. If you are short of money, you can borrow it from the company.

Many colleagues in Beijing in the company are from Beijing or New Beijingers. They firmly believe that Beijing's housing prices will go up all the time and go up forever. They talk about houses every day and advise us foreigners to buy houses. Take us around the house when we take a walk at noon. At that time, the house price near the company was about 1.0- 1.5 million yuan, all of which were very good locations. 10 years passed, and the house price in that lot generally exceeded 654.38+ 10,000.

We outsiders, with the encouragement of company leaders and the persuasion of colleagues, basically bite their teeth and borrow money to buy a house. So at the beginning, I was especially grateful to the leaders and colleagues, so that our colleagues in the field bought a house in two or three years. In the same building, some units do not have such vision as the leaders of our company, nor do they have such a strong atmosphere of buying a house. At that time, many foreigners did not have the awareness of buying a house. Up to now, more than 80% of those people in 2009 have not bought a house, and they can't afford it now. Every time they talk about it, they just stamp their feet there.

As this new company has just been established, there are many indicators for applying for hukou, many development opportunities and large development space, and many new employees from other places have taken advantage of it. After a year or two, there are fewer and fewer hukou in Beijing. 20 10 years of purchase, house prices skyrocketed. It is very difficult to get a foothold in Beijing.

In Beijing 12, the overall feeling has seven gains or insights:

The first point is the appreciation of real estate.

A small city in my hometown, a three-bedroom apartment with the same square meter of 100, may be worth100,000 in Beijing, and up to 500,000 in my hometown. Ten years later, houses in Beijing may appreciate to 20 million, and those in their hometown may depreciate to 300,000. In other words, the same person came to Beijing, the same house, and the wealth you left to future generations was 20 million, while the colleagues in your hometown only left 300,000. The stratification of your offspring and family will change.

The second point is the increase in monthly salary.

12 years, the monthly salary of those colleagues in our former hometown enterprise rose to about 4500 yuan, with an overall increase of 30%; The monthly salary of the same group of people in hometown enterprises has generally increased by more than five times. In my hometown, the income of 12 increased by 30%, and the income of people coming to Beijing generally increased by 500%.

Third, the growth of promotion.

The old enterprises in my hometown are overcrowded, the enterprises are stagnant, the personnel are even less mobile, and the management is motionless for twenty or thirty years. A large number of outstanding young talents can only compromise and have little chance of promotion. 12 years ago, the people we came to generally improved by three to five grades, and the best ones have been mixed into the top with an annual salary of one million. Old colleagues in hometown enterprises are almost always standing still, and few of them are mixed at the department level.

Fourth, the added value has a high gold content.

Beijing's educational resources, medical resources, cultural resources, tourism resources, etc. , and will not be repeated here. Let's just say one thing: most people who come to Beijing, especially those over the age of 35, want their children to receive a high-level education in Beijing and lay a foundation in first-class universities in the future. Colleagues who came to Beijing that year were basically all in the college entrance examination, and almost none of them were below the key undergraduate course. Most of them were admitted to prestigious schools as they wished. If you take the college entrance examination in your hometown, you will basically not reach this level.

Fifth, the quality of life has improved.

It turns out that enterprises in their hometown are almost human society. You go to the street to say hello, because you know most people. The office building is adjacent to the family area, and there are not so many cultural and entertainment facilities in small places. Leaders at all levels are basically two points and one line. People who are a little older at home, office, office and home are reluctant to go home and surf the Internet at the office on weekends. All kinds of social activities in the evening can't be done if you don't want to participate, because if you don't go two or three times, you will be marginalized, and everyone will think that you are aloof and isolated, and you will be excluded from work. When I arrived in Beijing, I really had the feeling of life. Work is work, and life is life. This is the concept of leadership. I leave after work, and my subordinates are not called leaders. Leaders don't harass subordinates and live their own lives. And overtime. It's all under discussion. Although there is no overtime pay, it is quite happy for everyone to work overtime and order takeout occasionally.

Sixth, the diversity of life.

In my hometown town, everyone's life is basically homogeneous. I work during the day and drink at night. At the weekend, I invited several people to road trip. Generally eat farmhouse music, reservoir fish and stupid chickens. Everyone has almost the same income, car, house, circle of friends and consumption level. Sometimes we eat fish in the reservoir, and everyone may know each other sitting around the pony. Life in Beijing is really colorful. People who like to climb mountains go to climb mountains, people who like to watch plays go to exhibition halls, people who like to run go to Orson, and people who like to have fun go to cross talk. You will find that life is really different, with a lot of fun and different places.

Seventh, the differentiation of living costs.

Living in Beijing is cheap except for high housing prices and expensive education. For example, when I bought a big brand shirt in a small town in my hometown, the price was 2000 yuan, and the same shirt in Beijing often got a 30% discount. Leaders of small towns in their hometown often go to Beijing to buy brand-name clothes for meetings. In the supermarket, the differentiation is serious. Hua Mao owns a high-end supermarket, a bunch of grapes and 600 yuan, and a bunch of 6 yuan in a small market, all kinds of consumption levels can be integrated. Relatively speaking, daily consumer goods, vegetables and fruits, I think they are cheaper and fresher than my hometown.

To sum up, general comments and suggestions.

Being in Beijing for more than ten years is very different from being in Beijing now.

First, the house price is too high, and it is also a purchase restriction;

Second, it is too difficult to buy a car and the probability is getting lower and lower;

Third, there are fewer and fewer household registration indicators, which greatly affects children's education. At least the college entrance examination can't enjoy the treatment of Beijing;

Fourth, the pressure on children's education is relatively high. Although Beijing hukou has an advantage in the college entrance examination, the competition among Beijing children has been fierce since childhood, and the PK between famous schools has almost become hot, and the phenomenon of "chicken baby" is very prominent.

Fifth, Beijing is relieving the population, and it is increasingly difficult for ordinary college graduates to find good jobs. The starting price of a slightly better unit is a master's degree from a prestigious school;

Sixth, the workplace is more involved. You see, the starting price is to recruit masters from prestigious schools, and a bunch of talented people get together. The promotion resources are limited and the relationship background is deeper. I'm afraid the competition among ordinary people is not involution, but crushing.
