What's the Class A written test of Yunnan institutions in 2023? Take these two exams!

Based on the different requirements for people's ability and quality in different recruitment positions in public institutions, the written examination of public subjects in public institutions can be divided into five categories: comprehensive management (a), social science (b), natural science (c), primary and secondary school teachers (d) and medical and health care (e).

Comprehensive management (Class A) is mainly applicable to posts in public institutions that focus on administration, affairs and business management.

Social science majors (Class B) are mainly suitable for professional and technical posts in humanities and social sciences in public institutions.

Natural science major (Class C) is mainly applicable to technical posts of natural science major in public institutions.

Primary and secondary school teachers (Class D) are mainly suitable for teaching posts in primary and secondary schools, technical secondary schools and other educational institutions.

Medical and health (E) is mainly suitable for professional and technical posts in medical and health institutions.

The public subjects of five written tests, including comprehensive management, social science, natural science, primary and secondary school teachers, and medical and health care, are "Occupational aptitude test" and "Comprehensive application ability".

Two. Comprehensive management class (class a)

1) Vocational aptitude test (Class A)

It is an examination subject designed for public institutions to openly recruit management staff. The objective paper-and-pencil test is mainly used to test the basic quality and ability elements of candidates who are closely related to management and suitable for examination, including common sense judgment, speech understanding and expression, quantitative relationship, judgment and reasoning, data analysis and so on.

(1) Common sense judgment

It mainly tests the basic knowledge that candidates should know and the basic ability to analyze and judge by using these knowledge, focusing on the basic quality of comprehensive management, involving national conditions, politics, economy, culture, law, science and technology and so on.

(2) Speech comprehension and expression

It mainly measures the ability of candidates to accurately understand and grasp the connotation, thinking and communication of written materials, including understanding the logical relationship between sentences, summarizing the main idea of materials, grasping the main information and important details, choosing words accurately and appropriately, and expressing opinions.

⑶ Quantitative relation

It mainly tests the examinee's ability to understand and grasp the quantitative relationship between things and solve the problem of quantitative relationship, mainly involving the analysis, operation and inference of data relationship.

(4) Judgment and reasoning

It mainly tests the analysis and reasoning ability of candidates on various things, involving the understanding, comparison, combination, deduction and induction of graphics, text concepts, relationship between things and text materials. Common questions include graphic reasoning, definition judgment, analogical reasoning, logical judgment and comprehensive judgment reasoning.

Question 1: graphic reasoning

Give one or two groups of figures for each question, and ask the candidates to find out the law of figure arrangement through observation and analysis, and choose the one that conforms to the law.

Question 2: Defining judgment

Firstly, each question is defined (assuming this definition is correct, there is no doubt about it), and then four situations are listed, requiring candidates to choose the answer that best meets or least meets the definition in strict accordance with the definition.

Question 3: Analogical reasoning

Each question is given a set of related words, and candidates are required to find a set of words with the closest or similar logical relationship from the alternative answers through observation and analysis.

Question 4: Logical judgment

Question 5: Comprehensive judgment and reasoning

It mainly measures candidates' comprehensive understanding, analysis and processing ability of various composite data, which is usually presented in the form of statistical charts and written materials.

2) Comprehensive application ability (Class A)

It is an examination subject designed for public recruitment of staff for management positions in public institutions, aiming at testing the ability of candidates to find, analyze and solve problems by comprehensively applying relevant knowledge and skills.

It mainly tests the management role consciousness, analysis and judgment ability, planning and control ability, communication and coordination ability and written expression ability of candidates.

Management role consciousness: have a clear understanding of the responsibilities and authority of management positions, be able to understand, think and solve problems from the perspective of managers, and have a sense of service.

Ability of analysis and judgment: In the face of work situation, I can find and define problems, analyze the causes and influencing factors of problems, and make appropriate evaluation and judgment.

Ability to plan and control: be able to use available resources to conceive methods and means to solve problems according to job responsibilities and job requirements, so that the work can develop in the expected process and direction and achieve the expected results.

Communication and coordination ability: able to solicit opinions from relevant personnel, transmit information, exert influence, and get support and cooperation from management.

Ability to express words: be able to write manuscripts according to the needs of management and express them accurately and clearly in words.

The examination paper consists of three parts: precautions, background materials and examination questions, with subjective questions as the main part.
