First of all, what is ABCDE class?

Based on the different requirements for people's ability and quality in different recruitment positions in public institutions, the written examination of public subjects in public institutions can be divided into five categories: comprehensive management (a), social science (b), natural science (c), primary and secondary school teachers (d) and medical and health care (e).

Comprehensive management (Class A) is mainly applicable to posts in public institutions that focus on administration, affairs and business management.

Social science majors (Class B) are mainly suitable for professional and technical posts in humanities and social sciences in public institutions.

Natural science major (Class C) is mainly applicable to technical posts of natural science major in public institutions.

Primary and secondary school teachers (Class D) are mainly suitable for teaching posts in primary and secondary schools, technical secondary schools and other educational institutions.

Two. Comprehensive management class (class a)

1) Vocational aptitude test (Class A)

It is an examination subject designed for public institutions to openly recruit management staff. The objective paper-and-pencil test is mainly used to test the basic quality and ability elements of candidates who are closely related to management and suitable for examination, including common sense judgment, speech understanding and expression, quantitative relationship, judgment and reasoning, data analysis and so on.

(1) Common sense judgment

It mainly tests the basic knowledge that candidates should know and the basic ability to analyze and judge by using these knowledge, focusing on the basic quality of comprehensive management, involving national conditions, politics, economy, culture, law, science and technology and so on.

(2) Speech comprehension and expression

It mainly measures the ability of candidates to accurately understand and grasp the connotation, thinking and communication of written materials, including understanding the logical relationship between sentences, summarizing the main idea of materials, grasping the main information and important details, choosing words accurately and appropriately, and expressing opinions.

(4) Judgment and reasoning

It mainly tests the analysis and reasoning ability of candidates on various things, involving the understanding, comparison, combination, deduction and induction of graphics, text concepts, relationship between things and text materials. 2) Comprehensive application ability (Class A)

It is an examination subject designed for public recruitment of staff for management positions in public institutions, aiming at testing the ability of candidates to find, analyze and solve problems by comprehensively applying relevant knowledge and skills.

It mainly tests the management role consciousness, analysis and judgment ability, planning and control ability, communication and coordination ability and written expression ability of candidates.

Management role consciousness: have a clear understanding of the responsibilities and authority of management positions, be able to understand, think and solve problems from the perspective of managers, and have a sense of service.

Ability of analysis and judgment: In the face of work situation, I can find and define problems, analyze the causes and influencing factors of problems, and make appropriate evaluation and judgment.
