Analysis on the New Growth Point of Financial Resources in Mining Economy Sub-region

1. Mohe mineral resources economic subregion

Mohe mineral resources economic sub-zone is located in Daxinganling area on the northern border of Heilongjiang Province, belonging to the Elgon metallogenic belt. The territory is vast and sparsely populated, with a total population of 530,000 and a population density of 6.39 people per square kilometer. It governs Huma County, Tahe County, Mohe County, Jiagedaqi District, Songling District, Xinlin District and Huzhong District, with Mohe as the central city. The area is rich in mineral resources, with proven reserves of 57 1 (excluding sandstone and mineral water) and 4/kloc-0. There are 100 deposits, including large deposits 1 1, medium deposits 3 1, 58 small deposits and 47 1.

Gold, iron and zinc are relatively dominant minerals in this area, among which gold has three types: placer gold, rock gold and associated gold. There is a long history of mining sand gold in this area, and there are a lot of rock gold resources. Shabaosi and Laogouyan gold deposits have medium reserves, with resource reserves of about 20 tons. Pangkaimen Gold and Silver Mine, Sidaogou Dongshan, Fukeshan Rock Gold Mine, Valaryan Rock Gold Mine, Fulahan and Hekuan Bridge 24 can be developed and utilized. Due to the needs of national economic construction and economic growth in this area, this area will still be one of the main gold producing areas in Heilongjiang Province.

With the development of gold mine development, processing, border trade and other industries and the development of sales network, a unique single mineral resource economic zone has gradually formed. Due to the serious vegetation coverage and the low degree of mineral exploration, copper, molybdenum and other minerals still have great resource potential in terms of geotectonics, regional metallogenic regularity and metallogenic environment. Through further exploration and development, it is expected to become a compound or multi-type mineral resources economic zone and one of the new growth points of mineral resources.

2. Heihe mineral resources economic subregion

Heihe mineral resources economic subregion is located in the northern part of Heilongjiang Province and belongs to the Daxinganling metallogenic belt. It is located in the southeast of Daxing 'anling and northwest of Xiaoxing 'anling, bordering Yichun and Suihua in the southeast, Qiqihar in the southwest, facing Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region across Nenjiang River in the west, Mohe Mineral Resources Economic Zone in the northwest, and Amur State in Russia across the river in the northeast. It governs parts of Nenjiang, Sunwu and Xunke counties, and six administrative regions of Bei 'an, Wudalianchi and Aihui. The central city is Heihe River.

This sub-region belongs to multi-type mineral resources economic zone. Copper (molybdenum)-iron polymetallic mineral resources developed by mines such as Duobaoshan-Cuihongshan will gradually become the dominant industry in this area, and Heihe River is also an important border port and metal mining base. With the development of copper (molybdenum), iron and other polymetallic mineral resources development, processing, border trade and other industries and the development of sales network, a multi-type mineral resources economic zone has been formed, and the further development and utilization of mineral resources will play a very important role in the economic development and financial growth of this area.

3. Yichun-Hegang mineral resources economic subregion

This sub-region mainly includes Yichun City and hegang, with hegang as the central city, belonging to Xiaoxing 'anling-Zhangguangcailing metallogenic belt and a part of Jiamusi Uplift metallogenic belt. Yichun City is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Heihe City and Suihua City in the west, hegang City and Jiamusi City in the east, Harbin City in the south and Russia across the river in the north. The border line is 249.5 kilometers long. The traffic in the city is convenient, the road network extends in all directions, and Suijia, Nanwu and Cui Luan railways pass through the territory. There are Hayi Highway, Yihe Highway, Yichun-Jiayin Highway, Sunwu-Jiayin Highway and Suibin-Jiayin Highway. The main road connects with the country road. Navigation can also be carried out on Heilongjiang from May to 65438+10 every year. Yichun City governs Yichun, Wumahe, Cui Luan, Youhao, Xilin, Nancha, Wu Yiling, Tangwanghe, Xinqing, Hongxing, Wuying, Shangganling, Meixi, Jinshantun, Dailing 15, tieli city and Jiayin County. Hegang is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province, downstream of Songhua River, and has jurisdiction over hegang, Luobei and Suibin counties. Hegang is adjacent to Jiamusi City by Songhua River in the east and south, Yichun City in the west and Russia across the river from Heilongjiang in the north. Due to the difference of regional metallogenic background, the development and utilization of mineral resources in this area are different, and Yichun mineral resources economic subregion is formed with the development and utilization of non-ferrous metals, gold and iron in the west. The basic pattern of Hegang mineral resources economic subregion, the southern part mainly produces non-ferrous metals, non-metals and coal.

(1) Economic Zoning of Mineral Resources in Yichun

This is an important metallogenic belt of nonferrous metals, gold and iron in Heilongjiang Province, belonging to Xiaoxing 'anling-Zhangguangcailing metallogenic belt. The dominant minerals are mainly lead-zinc ore and gold ore. Among them, lead-zinc deposits are mainly distributed in Xilin area, and most of them are associated minerals. There are 1 1 deposits with proven resource reserves, including 1 medium-sized deposits, 5 small-sized deposits and 5 occurrences. The reserves of lead metal resources are 298,000 tons and zinc metal resources are 502,400 tons. The reserves are 610.9 million tons of lead and 0/0.8 million tons of zinc. The ore is of good quality and high grade, and the general grade of lead is 0.8% ~ 4. 15%. 0.89% ~ 5.23% of zinc. Lead-zinc mine has been mined for many years, and the remaining ore is mainly low grade. Rock gold is mainly distributed in Pingdingshan, Wulaga, Jiayin County and Da 'an River in tieli city. The proven resource reserve of rock gold is 84392kg, and the retained resource reserve is 483 13kg. The grade is generally 4.07 ~ 65,438+03.23g/ton, and the ore quality is good. At present, the proportion of low-grade ore in Wulaga Gold Mine is large. Placer gold is mainly distributed in Wulaga, Jiayin County and Xinqing District of Yichun City. The proven resource reserve is 6786kg, and the retained resource reserve is 4 193kg. The grade of placer gold is generally 0.23 ~ 0.28 g/m3, and placer gold mining has completely stopped.

There are 1 1 deposits with proven iron ore reserves, including 3 small-scale deposits and 8 occurrences. * * * Proven resource reserves15.809 million tons, and retained resource reserves12.299 million tons. Daxilin iron mine is a single deposit with a concentrate grade of 66.97%, and most of the rest is associated with non-ferrous metals.

There are three deposits with proven copper reserves, all of which are associated minerals, and the copper grade is generally 0. 14% ~ 0.40%. The proven resource reserve is 350 tons, which has not been developed and utilized. Cui Luan Shengli copper-iron mine, after detailed investigation, has proven resource reserves of 5,076 tons.

There are two molybdenum deposits with proven reserves, which are distributed in two dog Mountain and Luming Literature area of tieli city. Er shareholder mountain molybdenum is an associated mine with a resource reserve of 65,438+0,744 tons. Luming Literature molybdenum-zinc mine is under exploration, with a resource reserve of about 30,000 tons in the early stage.

There are only two mineral resources with proven coal reserves, which are distributed in Cuiling, Yichun City and Wuyun, Jiayin County. Cuiling is a long-flame coal. Wuyun is a lignite with high humic acid content, and the coal in its oxidation zone has become humic acid coal. The proven resource reserve is 5196,000 tons, and the retained resource reserve is 3.59 million tons, which has been developed and utilized.

Graphite is mainly distributed in Xiaobaihe area of tieli city, and it is aphanitic graphite. The proven resource reserve is 208,000 tons, and the retained resource reserve is182,000 tons. Because it is aphanitic graphite, its development and utilization are greatly influenced by the international market.

At present, there are more than ten developed mines, such as Yichun large Xilin medium-sized iron mine, Yichun small Xilin medium-sized lead-zinc mine, Jiayin county Tuanjiegou large-sized rock gold mine and Xunke county Fuqiang medium-sized rock gold mine. There is also Tieli Ergu polymetallic ore field (including Ergu Xishan polymetallic deposit, Erloushan polymetallic deposit and Xiangshuihe polymetallic deposit).

Yichun is an important timber production base in China. With years of development and construction and the change of national forestry policy, the fiscal revenue has been greatly reduced. Therefore, vigorously developing green mining industry is a very important means and way to realize the new growth of financial resources.

(2) Hegang mineral resources economic subregion

Hegang is an important coal production base in China, and one of the four major coal cities in Heilongjiang Province, Jiamusi uplift metallogenic belt, which is a typical resource-based city formed by mining coal resources. Mining is the pillar industry of the national economy in this subregion, and coal industry is an important part of the mining economy in this subregion, which contains a lot of potential resources. In recent ten years, mining industry has become more active. In addition to coal mining, nonmetallic minerals such as graphite, marble for cement and ceramsite raw materials are also developing vigorously, and clay for brick and tile and sand for building are widely exploited. The mining economy, which is dominated by coal, nonmetal and building materials industries, occupies a very important position in the city's national economy.

4. Daqing-Harbin mineral resources economic zoning

This sub-region mainly includes Daqing, Suihua, Qiqihar and Harbin, belonging to Xiaoxing 'anling-Zhangguangcailing metallogenic belt and Mesozoic-Cenozoic basin area, with Daqing as the central city. This area is dominated by oil, natural gas and its extended industries.

Daqing is located in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province, in the middle of Songnen Plain, bordering Qiqihar in the north and northwest, Suihua and Harbin in the east and southeast, and Jilin Province in the south and southwest. The city includes ranghulu district, Sarthou, Honggang, datong district and Longfeng. Lindian County, Dorbod Mongolian Autonomous County, Zhaozhou County and Zhaoyuan County, among which Dorbod Mongolian Autonomous County is the only Mongolian Autonomous County in Heilongjiang Province.

Qiqihar is located in the middle reaches of Nenjiang River in the middle and west of Heilongjiang Province, with an area of 4.3 1000 square kilometers and a population of 56 1. 1000. It borders Hulunbeier City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the west, Baicheng City in Jilin Province in the south, Daqing City and Suihua City in the east and Heihe City in the north. Qiqihar is a transportation and communication hub across Heilongjiang, Jilin and Inner Mongolia. The main railway lines are Pingqi, Binzhou, Beiqi and Qijia. Three national highways, G30 1, G11,G202；; One dart is S302. In addition, the county and township roads in this city are developed, interconnected and convenient.

Suihua is located in the middle of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Qiqihar and Heihe in the north, Daqing in the west, Yichun in the east and Harbin in the south. Suihua City governs Beilin District, Anda City, Zhaodong City, Hailun City, Wangkui County, Suiling County, Qing 'an County, Qinggang County, Lanxi County, Mingshui County, etc. 1 District 3 cities and 6 counties.

Harbin is the capital of Heilongjiang Province and the political, economic, cultural and transportation center of Heilongjiang Province. The urban area is 4272 square kilometers and the population is 990 1 10,000. There are five railway trunk lines radiating outward, especially Binzhou Line, Suibin Line and Jingha Line, which are not only important transportation centers in Northeast China, but also important transportation hubs of Eurasian Continental Bridge.

The subregion is dominated by oil and natural gas minerals. Due to the needs of national economic construction and regional economic growth, this sub-region will still be an important energy base in China and our province. In this economic sub-region, the economy develops vigorously due to energy, and gradually forms an energy growth area of industrial clusters such as petroleum, chemical industry, logistics and trade.

5. Bindong Mineral Resources Economic Sub-region

This sub-region mainly includes eastern Harbin, Acheng and other areas, mainly building materials and mineral resources, belonging to Xiaoxing 'anling-Zhangguangcailing metallogenic belt, with Binxian as the central city.

There are 12 kinds of energy in this area, mainly oil and coal; Metal 16, mainly includes Bailing copper-zinc polymetallic mine, Liming lead-zinc mine, Xinmingtun iron mine and Dalazi iron mine. There are 144 kinds of nonmetallic minerals. Marble for cement is the dominant mineral in this area, while oil shale, tungsten, decorative marble, serpentine asbestos, pyrite, slate for ceramsite and serpentine for fertilizer are the potential dominant minerals, with great development potential and high potential value. The marble mines in Binxian, Acheng, Shangzhi and other counties and cities in this area are the areas with the most concentrated marble mines for cement and the largest mining volume in the province. The main mining areas are Sunjiayao marble mine in Bin County, Shifatun marble mine in Acheng, Xin Ming marble mine in Acheng mountains and rivers, Dali mine in work area from Dalazi to Majiadian in Acheng, Mengjiadian marble mine in Acheng mountains and rivers forest farm, Yuquan marble mine in Acheng, Tun marble in Acheng border and Yinjiagou marble mine in shangzhi city. Non-metal and building materials are mainly developed in this area. With the development of supporting and sales network of building materials development, processing, trade and other industries, an economic zone of energy, building materials and mineral products trade, mineral resources and mining financial resources has been initially formed.

6. Jiamusi-Shuangyashan-Qitaihe Mineral Resources Economic Zone

This sub-region mainly includes Jiamusi City, Shuangyashan City, qitaihe city and other areas, which belongs to Jiamusi Uplift Metallogenic Belt and is rich in mineral resources. It is the most important coal base in Heilongjiang Province, with Jiamusi as the central city.

Jiamusi City is located in the hinterland of Sanjiang Plain in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province. It borders Hegang, Luobei and Suibin counties in the north, Yichun, yilan county, Boli, qitaihe city, Jixian and Youyi counties in the west, and Heilongjiang, Wusuli River and Russia across the river in the northeast. Superior geographical location and developed transportation conditions are important conditions for becoming a central city in the mineral resources economic zone.

Shuangyashan City is located in the east of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Sanjiang Plain in the north and Laoyeling and Wandashan Mountains in the south, with an area of 22,500 square kilometers and a total population of 1.5 1.000. Convenient transportation, including Jiafu Railway, Harbin Road G2 10, S2 10, S2 1 1, S307 and other transportation networks.

Qitaihe city is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, with high terrain in the east and low terrain in the west, showing a landform pattern of "surrounded by mountains on three sides and a basin in the northwest". Mishan City and Baoqing County in the east, yilan county in the west, linkou county and Jidong County in the south and huanan county in the north. Qitaihe city governs Xinxing, Taoshan, Qiezihe District 3 and Boli County. The city has a total population of 900,000, of which 68,400 are engaged in mining. The urban area is 430 kilometers east of Harbin, south of Mudanjiang 170 kilometers and north of Jiamusi 120 kilometers. All railways are connected with national highways and provincial highways. The county and township roads in the city are connected to each other, and the traffic is very convenient.

In this mineral resources economic sub-region, economic development started with coal, which is an important distribution and export place of coal, iron ore and non-metallic minerals in Heilongjiang Province, and also a very important mineral resource in this region. It is one of the new growth points of mineral resources in the future to intensify the exploration, mining and processing of coal resources, iron ore and non-metallic resources in the region, coordinate the development and utilization of superior mineral resources in the region, and gradually form a mineral resources economic zone with Shuangyashan and Qitaihe as coal production and processing bases and Jiamusi as coal logistics and trade ports, and form an industrial chain and a coal-fired power base for coal production and processing and logistics trade.

7. Mudanjiang-Jixi mineral resources economic subregion

This sub-region mainly includes parts of Mudanjiang City and Jixi City, with coal and nonmetallic mineral resources as the main resources, belonging to Jiamusi uplift metallogenic belt, with Mudanjiang City as the central city.

Mudanjiang City is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, and has jurisdiction over Suifenhe, Ning 'an, Hailin, Muling, Linkou and Dongning, with an area of 40,600 square kilometers and a population of 280 1 10,000. It is adjacent to the Russian coastal border area in the east, with a border line of 207 kilometers. It borders Hunchun, Wangqing and Dunhua in Jilin Province in the south and Shangzhi, Wuchang and Dunhua in Heilongjiang Province in the west. Hasui Railway Highway (National Highway 30 1) runs through Hailin, Mudanjiang, Muling, Suifenhe and Dongning from west to east. Jiamu-Mutu Railway and Heda Highway (National Highway 20 1) run through Linkou, Mudanjiang and Ning 'an from north to south. Mudanjiang Airport has opened domestic routes to Shenyang, Dalian, Shanghai and Guangzhou and international routes to Vladivostok and Seoul. The first-class ports such as Suifenhe and Dongning are only over 100 kilometers away from Vladivostok, an important Russian port.

Jixi City is located in the eastern border of Heilongjiang Province, and its administrative divisions are divided into Jiguan District, Hengshan District, Chengzihe District, Lishu District, Mashan District, Didao District, Jidong County, Mishan City and Hulin City, with a total population of 1.908 million and a total area of about 2253 1 square kilometer. Qitaihe city and Shuangyashan are connected to the north, Mudanjiang to the southwest and Russia to the east and south. The border between China and Russia is about 64 1km long.

Jixi is a famous mining city and energy base in Heilongjiang Province. The development and sales of coal and non-metallic mineral products are the pillar industries of national economic development, accounting for a large proportion, followed by precious metal and non-ferrous metal minerals. However, at present, non-metallic minerals such as graphite and sillimanite are extensively managed, and their deep processing ability is low, and their market competitiveness is weak, so the advantages of mineral resources have not been transformed into economic advantages. In addition, there are abundant nonmetallic mineral resources such as potassium-bearing rocks, marble and phosphorus, and also rich metallic minerals such as cobalt, nickel, platinum, palladium, rock gold and molybdenum, but most metallic minerals are associated with * * * *, and few single minerals. The Wuxing Pt-Pd deposit in Jidong County is associated with cobalt, copper and nickel, the Sishanyan gold deposit is associated with silver, and the Jinchanggou copper deposit is associated with silver.

The region should focus on unified planning and centralized development of superior minerals such as coal, graphite, sand-line stone and marble, and take Mudanjiang as a trading port to build a nonmetallic mineral base for building materials integrating the production and processing of Jixi coal, graphite, sillimanite and marble. Through financial support and further exploration and development, other mineral resources economic subregions and new mineral resources growth points will appear in this area.
