How many days do employees in Taiwan Province Province work each week? What are the standard working hours?

Taiwan Province Province stipulates that:

1. The normal working hours within four weeks shall be allocated to other working days, and the working hours per day shall not exceed two hours, which is not subject to the restriction of the second paragraph of Article 30.

2. If the normal working hours reach ten hours on the same day, the extended working hours shall not exceed two hours.

Three, two weeks to rest at least two days, as a holiday, not subject to the restrictions of article thirty-sixth.

Four, female workers, except during pregnancy or breastfeeding, work at night, not subject to the restrictions of article forty-ninth. However, the employer should provide perfect safety and health facilities.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply to industries to which this Law has been applied before the amendment of Article 3 of this Law, except agriculture, forestry, fishing and animal husbandry.

Article 36 Workers shall take at least one day off every seven days as a legal holiday.

Finally, Taiwan Province Province stipulates that the normal working hours of workers should not exceed eight hours a day, and the total working hours every two weeks should not exceed 84 hours.
