Subsidy standard

The subsidy standard for skills upgrading is comprehensively determined by the provincial human resources and social security department and the financial department according to the operation of the local unemployment insurance fund, vocational skills training, appraisal fees and other factors, and adjusted in a timely manner.

The subsidy standard should be different according to the vocational qualification certificate or vocational skill level certificate.

If an employee obtains a primary (Grade 5) vocational qualification certificate or a vocational skill grade certificate, the subsidy standard generally does not exceed 1 1,000 yuan;

Employees who have obtained intermediate (level 4) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates generally have a subsidy standard of no more than 1500 yuan;

Employees who have obtained advanced (third-level) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates generally do not exceed 2000 yuan.
