V. Special recruitment procedures
(1) Establishing a high-level evaluation of urgently needed talents committee. According to the school's teaching, scientific research and professional development needs, in order to ensure the quality of talent recruitment, the school has established a high-level urgently needed talent evaluation committee. All members are composed of well-known experts in the industry hired by the school. (2) Organize review. The evaluation committee will evaluate the personal materials submitted by Wang Junhao - resume, academic qualifications, competition results, awards and honors and other supporting materials. It will focus on assessing and evaluating his awards and honors, professional development plan and ability level, etc., in line with the college's development goals and job characteristics. and professional needs, etc. to make a comprehensive evaluation to determine whether to hire and fill the position.
(3) Physical examination. After passing the review by the evaluation committee, Wang Junhao underwent a physical examination at a general hospital at or above the county level. VI. Other matters
(1) Probation period management. Employed personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. The probation period is included in the term of the employment contract. After the probation period is over and the employee passes the assessment, he or she will be hired. If he or she fails to pass the assessment, he or she will be dismissed.
