This implementation plan is specially formulated.
I. Organizational leadership
The open introduction of educational talents is carried out under the leadership of Xinhua County Talent Work Leading Group, organized and implemented by the County Education Bureau, and supervised by the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the County Talent Office, the County Editorial Office, the County People's Social Security Bureau, the County Finance Bureau and other departments.

V. Registration conditions for talent introduction
(1) Persons who meet the following conditions may apply for registration:
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), and has no record of disciplinary action or punishment.

5. Meet the professional and academic requirements of each specific position (see Annex 2).

3. Drug abuse and drug trafficking;
4. Being expelled from public office;

(1) Announcement
Publicize the demand information of talent introduction through TV, Internet and other news media, and publicly release the implementation plan of talent introduction to the public through on-site recommendation and negotiation by universities and research institutes.
(2) Registration and prequalification
1. Registration method: I need to register on-site for this introduction of educational talents.
2. Registration time: April 6-April 9, 20 18.
3. Registration place: Hunan Normal University, Hunan College of Humanities and Science, Hengyang Normal University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Changsha Normal University, Hunan First Normal University, Huaihua University, Hunan University of Technology, Hunan Agricultural University and Xinhua County Education Bureau.
4. Registration requirements:
(1) Applicants are required to bring their valid ID card, academic certificate (college graduates are required to bring the 20 18 graduate employment recommendation form stamped by the school), teacher qualification certificate or the original and photocopy of the teacher qualification certificate application acceptance certificate, and three recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same background to register at the site and conduct preliminary qualification examination.
(2) Applicants are required to fill in the Registration Form for Talent Introduction in Xinhua County Education System 20 18 (attachment 1), and applicants are limited to one level and one subject.
(3) The information and materials provided by the applicant must be true and effective. If there is fraud, once verified, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled.
(3) Examination
When the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of people planning to introduce disciplines reaches 3: 1, a written test will be conducted. The written test adopts a percentage system, and the proposition is divided into levels and disciplines. The written test content is the professional knowledge that must be possessed for applying for the corresponding disciplines at this level and the corresponding level of this discipline. Then, according to the written test scores from high to low, according to the ratio of the number of imported disciplines to the number of people participating in the interview, that is, 1:2, the interviewees at all levels and disciplines are determined.
When the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job plans for introduced disciplines is less than 3: 1, only interviews will be conducted. You can't enter the interview until you pass the preliminary qualification examination. Candidates who are confirmed to meet the introduction conditions will attend the interview with valid ID cards and interview notices. The interview was conducted on the scale of 100. The interview was conducted in the form of a lecture. The contents of the lecture are the current spring textbook for senior one, the current spring textbook for junior two (the spring textbook for junior three in chemistry) and the current spring textbook for primary five. During the interview, if the ratio of the number of interviewees at the same level to the number of recruitment plans for this subject is 1: 1, the candidates must achieve an interview score of 70 or above before entering the physical examination.

(4) Physical examination
Candidates who take part in physical examination are determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of 1: 1 and interview results. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Those who fail the medical examination will not be hired. When there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination or abandonment of medical examination, it will be replenished from the high score to the low score among the people of the same level and subject who signed up for the interview, limited to one time. The medical examination time will be notified separately, and the medical examination expenses will be taken care of by yourself.
(5) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of investigation. According to the standard of having both ability and political integrity, the qualified medical staff are comprehensively inspected.
During the inspection, candidates must provide graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate, personal file, family planning certificate and certificate of no criminal record issued by the local police station. If there are unqualified candidates during the inspection, the replacement object can be determined from high score to low score according to the interview results.
(6) Publicity
After the registration, preliminary qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection are confirmed to be qualified, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the portal website of Xinhua County People's Government.
(7) Employment
After publicity without objection, go through the employment formalities according to the procedures and sign the employment contract. The teaching point of the proposed personnel shall be chosen independently from high score to low score according to the total scores of all levels and disciplines. The probation period is 1 year. After the probation period, those who pass the examination are officially hired, and those who fail are dismissed.
