4. 5. Graduates with bachelor degree or above who have participated in supporting medical services will be arranged by the county-level health authorities to participate in standardized training for residents after passing the examination.

6. The service is about to expire, and the "three supports and one support" college graduates have the willingness to find jobs. The talent service institutions affiliated to the human society departments of the service counties (districts and administrative committees) provide targeted employment guidance and recommendation services. In the service of new supernumerary personnel in villages and towns, they can be directly employed, and in the service of counties (districts, administrative committees), when employers add supernumerary personnel, they will be given priority under the same conditions. Have the will to start a business, by the service county (District, Administrative Committee) personnel service institutions affiliated to the human society department to provide targeted public entrepreneurship services, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant support policies.

6. After the expiration of the service period, those who pass the examination and are employed by government agencies or institutions or enter the employment of state-owned enterprises shall be calculated by combining their length of service and teaching experience, and their working hours shall be calculated from the date of reporting to the grassroots.

7.
