China's salary standards during the probation period

China Tower’s salary package:

1. The basic salary for fresh graduates during the probation period is 3,000-3,500 yuan/month, and there is also a living allowance of 500 yuan. The annual salary after signing is 4. 50,000-70,000 (after tax), gradually increasing according to ability. Employees will be assessed every quarter, and the basic salary will increase by 8%-10% every year.

The salary for social elites (those with more than two years of relevant work experience or junior professional titles) during the probation period is 6,000-8,000 yuan/month, and the annual salary after signing is 80,000-120,000 yuan (after tax).

2. Full attendance awards, quarterly subsidies, performance awards, and early completion awards will be issued. Full attendance is 26 days per month. Those who work on statutory holidays will be paid three times the normal salary.

3. Pay five insurances (pension/medical/work-related injury/maternity/unemployment) and one fund (housing provident fund).

4. Paid vacation. Each formal employee has four weeks and 28 days of vacation every year during the contract period. During the vacation period, the work will be paid according to normal working days.

6. Provide employees with opportunities to work and study abroad, and provide opportunities to study for postgraduate training at famous universities across the country. 7. Settling in. Fresh graduates (with a college degree or above under the national unified recruitment system) can directly transfer their hukou temporarily.
