3, the stratum corneum is thin, easy to redden, and the hot compress time is shortened or omitted.

Then take out half of the prepared hydrotherapy solution and apply it evenly on your face. After uniform application, take out the compressed mask and soak it in emulsion or pure dew, and press it on your face.

Then apply the remaining solution evenly on the compressed mask, and wrap the whole face with plastic wrap to form a closed space to prevent excessive evaporation of water.

Wait 15 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and compressed mask, and press evenly to absorb.

Note: 1, the step of compressing the mask cannot be omitted, and the plastic wrap can be used directly.

2, the hot weather can directly omit the plastic wrap step.

3. Whether you are allergic, acne-stricken, peeling or bloodshot skin, water therapy is suitable for all skin types because it only plays the role of hydrating and moisturizing. Just note that if you have allergies, acne and other problems on your face, you should not use this method until your symptoms get better.

4, the frequency can be controlled twice a week, too many times will lead to excessive hydration of the stratum corneum.

You don't need to take care of your skin after finishing the spa. If you feel dry, you can apply some cream to lock the water.
