"Peak-crossing Restricted Zone": Liuxiang Road-Shi Xiang Road-Shiqiao Road-Tao Qiu Road-Fuxing Road-Laofuxing Road-Hulu Road-Manjuelong Road-Wulaofeng Tunnel-Jiqingshan Tunnel-Meiling North Road-Jiulisong Tunnel-Lingxi South Road-Lingxi Tunnel-Xixi Road-Zijingang Road-Wen Yi West Road-Gudun Road and all roads in the closed area. Liuxiang Road, Shi Xiang Road, Shiqiao Road, Tao Qiu Road, Fuxing Road, Laofuxing Road, Zijingang Road, Wen Yi West Road and Gudun Road are not included;

Zhejiang Hangzhou motor vehicles are not restricted.
