You can go to the local labor management department and Haiyang Labor and Social Security Bureau for anonymous consultation (reporting) and let the local labor inspection brigade intervene in the investigation. There is no difference between full-time and daily work, as long as there is a factual labor relationship.

If you don't sign a labor contract when you enter the factory, you can provide the labor department with evidence to prove that you work in the factory, such as the salary card issued by their company, the tooling with the factory name logo, the meal card, work permit, pass and so on.
